Breast Augmentation Increased my Confidence
I'm an average asian woman living in LA – a place of perfect bodies. I think around 90% of all girls living here have fake breast and it’s a totally normal thing now. A lot of the boob work I’ve seen in my country looked a little too fake and big for my taste. I wanted something more natural looking and fitting for my body so I went to Korea since I seen quite a bit of good results from there.
Apgujeong Regen PS.
I found out about Dr. Kim Woo Jung and his works from this site, visited his clinic homepage and the process began. My experience with Apgujeong Regen PS started with online consultation via WhatsApp. The consultant seemed to be very kind and patient (since I have a habit to ask same questions million times, I know how annoying I can be sometimes). I always received replies very quickly. First they gave me a form to fulfil some general information about my health and then I met Lee. My f2f consultation with a consultant I was chatting online was very smooth. It wasn’t long, around 15 mins or so, she just asked what I want and expect and checked my level of awareness about implants and a surgery I was about to proceed.
Dr. Kim Woo Jung.
After my consultation with Lee I was asked to wait a bit for Dr. Kim. The lobby was nice, presenting some of his works on several screens which made me fall in love with it even deeper. I was waiting for about 10mins then was asked to follow to Dr. Kim’s office. The first impression was very positive. Basically, my pre-consultation with Lee was to prepare Dr. Kim to my case (as far as I understood). So, he again started asking me questions about my preferences, if there is a specific approach or implants I want to go with, but honestly, by that time I only new that there is Motiva and they are the best LOL.
So, he explained me the difference between Saline and Silicone implants, what are the main approaches, how to choose the right profile and shape, pretty much everything about both implants and surgery. I did an ultrasound to figure out what was the implant for me, and which surgery method would be the most effective so the final decision was motiva ergonomix 300cc WQ. I was thinking to make an incision under the breast, but Dr. Kim suggested to make it through the armpit as a scar would disappear within natural folds after some time. After our consultation I still wanted to check out few other places and decided not to go though a medical checkup. After meeting surgeons from other PS it was very obvious for me that Apgujeong Regen and Dr. Kim are the best fit for me.
Operation and Recovery.
On the operation day I came early for medical checkup, signed an agreement and finalized all other stuff. The preparation for a surgery wasn’t long, and surgery itself took around 2hrs or so. I woke up in slight pain and feeling that something heavy was put on my chest.
Once a week I visited them for laser treatments and some kind of massage. I do believe it was supposed to help me to get rid of swelling faster and believe me it did! I didn’t remove stitches as they were dissolvable. The first few days it slightly inconvenient to lift my boobs with my hands however the discomfort I would say had little to no impact on my overall daily activities. I also had to wear sports or wireless bras for 3 months which, honestly, was pretty annoying since I was very impatient to see my boobies in beautiful and sexy underwear. After 3 months there was no feeling of having surgery left so I was able to go to the gym. Even my bf can’t see a huge difference when touching my breast. But he does seem to like them more.
My feeling and conclusion.
So, from everything I wrote in this review you could already understand that I’m very satisfied with the result I got. I can finally wear open tops and even bikini for beach parties and don’t feel uncomfortable any longer. My confidence and self-satisfaction are definitely much higher than it was before.
