So everything is still going great! My results are perfect and I really couldn’t have asked for more. My scars are nearly invisible, the shape is still perfect. I usually still wear a size small in clothes. My underbust is 32 inches and over bust is about 40.5/41 inches. I lift weights still and do all workout activities exactly the same way I did before. There isn’t any problems with overhead lifting or movements than involve the barbell.

I ended up getting re-taped for an additional two weeks since my last entry and so I was unable to post my after pictures. My implants were very large for my body and so in order to ensure that my new implants healed in the correct position- they needed to be taped every two weeks (I went in 4 times total).
My scars are healing perfectly and are very small- (obviously they are on top of my old scars).
The implants feel amazing and look natural. They are perfect in shape and I am able to do all of my regular activities.
I wear a 34I i believe. But since it’s extremely rare to find bras that size in the US , I found bras and bathing suits on the Panache website, which I love. It’s UK sizing so in that brand it’s 32G.
I still wear most of my old tops which I was nervous about. Size small and some mediums.
I am beyond happy with my implants as I knew I would be, Dr. Yamahata will always be #1 in my opinion.

I am going to this doctor a second time because he is the absolute best. It’s been 6 years since I got my implants (550 ccs) they are perfect actually, but since I was so small chested the first time I got my implants, I wasn’t able to get the size I wanted. Since it’s been a few years and I’m afraid he’ll retire, I am going back to hopefully get around 750 cc implants, he is going to try his best, so next week after I wake up, I’ll know what size he was able to do. You cannot see my scars, they are a perfect shape, beautiful and natural looking. I went under the muscle. I also like that he gives the option of twilight anesthesia.

If it possible to see the result before me and after please.i need to exchange my implant after 21 years and have hard time to find a surgeon for the look a want .

Yes! Absolutely! I will post my before and after on Friday- Thursday is my post op appointment where he will be taking off my tape (I believe permanently) he has been replacing my tape every two weeks since my surgery.
He ended up being able to fit the 750ccs! I could not be happier. They are exactly what I wanted and they are PERFECTLY shaped!
On Friday when I post my before and after I will also include a note detailed review about the whole experience I’ve had. :)

Im in 1 hours of sacramento but i look surgeon near me but they are all to much conservative and natural look breast

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor. Still does the best implants I’ve ever seen in my opinion :)

Hi there. I went from 275CC and now 430 CC and my shoulders and neck hurt. Does yours? I am very frustrated and didn't expect this.

Im very active in yoga and weightlifting so my muscles are over all pretty strong I think so maybe that’s why I haven’t noticed anything, but yes I recommend doing some yoga stretches regularly! :)

Thank you so much! Honestly, they are still just flawless. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I mostly still wear a size small. I was mostly worried about having to buy new clothing etc. my height is 5,8” and weight it 155.
