Dr. Dasai

I was very hesitant to post this and to be frank I still am. I’m a business owner myself and know what a bad review can do. However, this type of experience I don’t wish on anyone especially when dealing with plastic surgery. I’ll start off by saying I had small breast and was just looking to go a tad bigger. Nothing crazy. I’m pretty reserved when it comes to how I dress.I first came across Dr. Desai due to researching Dr.Díaz , who I was hoping to have surgery with. I was transferred to his office when I called to inquire about surgery. (That should’ve been my first sign). Fast forward to day of consultation, it was like he was in a rush and without hesitation said “450cc high definition” asked me for my social media as though that mattered in regards as to how “important” I was.During the consultation I was in a bit of shock, I wasn’t in the office for more than a few minutes before he said that. I started researching “450cc” all I saw were huge implants. I started with 32B, one was smaller due to weight loss. I paid for to the surgery before I left office.Surgery day, I waited for roughly 2hrs before he showed up. Again, like a bat out of hell he rushed into the room, looked at his notes and with a look of shock after reading what he recommended changed everything minutes before surgery. Noticed I had a smaller breast and he recommended low profile. Before I knew it I was out of surgery and headed home.Post op.....no doctor. I waited in his office for an hour and his receptionist looked me over and sent me home. I had one more office visit and still no doctor. Fast forward a year, I started noticing my implants were too high. My nipples were starting to droop far below the implant and I was even more embarrassed looking at myself naked. I was really concerned, my side profile looked like I had just had implants. After some research, everything pointed towards Capsular contracture. I called his office multiple times to voice my concern, it wasn’t until I mentioned legal action that I was finally looked at by Dr. Desai, his recommendation was another surgery and I had to pay over $3k , I honestly just wanted my money back and wanted to go to another doctor. They asked me not to mention this on any review, also mentioned that he was “doing me favor”.The second surgery was August 2020, and once again I waited for an hour. We went over the size, profile and into surgery. A few days after surgery my right breast began to feel extremely hot and numb. I had what seemed to be bruising all along the bottom portion. It wasn’t until I insisted that it wasn’t normal the he acknowledged that I had an infection. I started antibiotics. I almost had to be ready for war when I walked into his office and stand my ground when things didn’t feel right. After my breast finally started to settle and the infection subsided, I started to actually notice the other problem. My right breast looks like I have a triangle shaped implant. The bottom is completely flat, and in the cleavage area I have a corner of the implant that sticks out at all times. You can see it through my shirt. I brought it up to him and he wouldn’t acknowledge there was a problem even as he looked at it. I gave up.I canceled my last appointment with his office that was scheduled 1/2021. I hate what I look like, I hate my decision to ever walk into his office. I’m embarrassed to be intimate. My right breast is still high up, with a flat bottom and a weird lump in the cleavage area. My left breast looks like I’ve had it for 5 years. It’s so low, it looks like it belongs on a different body. It’s only been 6 months!I’m $9k in with his office and I have another consultation with another doctor scheduled late February 2021 for what looks like another $5k+. I don’t have this kind of money, but it’s ruining my current relationship and my self esteem. I should’ve gone to Mexico.
