I have been on this website constantly for the past month poring over every review looking for people who had similar stats as me to try to figure out how i wold look after my breast augmentation so thought I’d add mine in now that it’s done.
I am 26 years old 5’10” and 150 lbs. I used to fill a C cup decently but after breastfeeding for two years they deflated down and barely filled an A cup and I had to wear push ups just so the saggy skin would at least be pushed up into a normal position. I’ve wanted a boob job since i was a teenager but I really needed one after all of that. I was extremely insecure about it.
Fast forward to today when I got my new boobs!!!! I got 755cc mentor silicone gel smooth round moderate plus profile implants in both sides and submuscular with crease incisions. I was really nervous about getting such high ccs but my PS was very confident that it would look good on my frame and I did not want to come out feeling upset that I didn’t go as big as I truly wanted to. I’m about 7 hours post op and pretty sore and tired but not unbearable. Here are some before pictures and the best I could do for afters today. Can’t wait to see the end result!

Here are just some pictures from today. Still wearing the compression bandeau. Taking arnica and Percocet. Sleeping upright was difficult and my upper back is actually what is hurting the most right now so I’ve got ice on my front side and a heating or on my back. Feeling alright overall and definitely happy

Thank you!! I really do love them already!! I was nervous about the cc’s too just because it’s not that common but the PS was right on and I’m so glad I didn’t get scared and go smaller :)

Hi there! I just had a breast revision surgery on Jan 5. I read that you are taking arnica...is that helping? I may need to get some too!

Hi! I started taking it the day before surgery and have been taking it since and have had only had one small bruise right at the left incision and I bruise easily so I think it’s helped for sure! I also haven’t noticed any extra swelling or anything. I’ve used the topical arnica gel too a couple times a day and it helped with the skin stretching pain. Hope this helps!

Yesterday was the worst day for me pain wise although I did get to take the compression band off and take a shower which was nice! Finally got some decent sleep last night but today I have been completely useless not being able to really wake up or do anything. My pain is better though, I switched to just Tylenol today and it’s been fine but again I haven’t been doing much so we will see once I’m moving around more. Implants feel very high and tight still, I think it’s gonna be a while before the drop and fluff happens for me.

Hi! You look great! I hope you are a very patient person, but it takes weeks for the implants to drop. The best thing to do is not think about it, focus on getting those muscles to stretch and relax around the new goodies inside. Look on this site for stretches, like laying on your back on the floor and putting your arm over your head. The doctors have a lot of ideas that will help. Look at my posts to see what I did, which is mostly go braless and stretching. It really helped me keep off the medications, you can't open those childproof caps anyway!
Happy healing!

Your surgeon was correct. You are very well built and tall so you needed something you'd be able to notice. Please update us so we see the final result. Looking good!

Hello! Your results look great less than a week out. Are you happy with your result now? I am only 2 weeks out now , but impatient/ anxious as to how they will settle. I also got mod + mentor under the muscle..
