Egg Shaped Botched Boobs and Wont Fix

I have had one of the worst experiences with this office for my breast augmentation. They botched it not once, but twice, a lot of small errors by nursing staff and Dr.Sukkar (who admitted to the errors) and wanted to charge me more money to fix their botched surgery.
I have been depressed and sadden by my results. I didn't pay over 6k for boobs that only look good in a bra and to have a smaller size than ever discussed.
The first surgery was botched from bad bruising/bleeding that the nursing staff didn't take seriously... (didn't inform dr. sukkar) Until my incision wasn't healing and I went in for him to look at it.
He admonished his staff right in front of me, direct quote "Why didn't you tell me she was bruised this badly? This is why she isn't healing on this side. " I was shocked.
I had to go through a painful cleaning and mini surgery to clean out the wound. This was a Thursday 3 weeks post op from my original surgery.
The following Monday I started leaking bloody fluid from the left side and they had me come in the next day. At that appointment Dr.Sukkar said to me "Now if we stitch this up, you might get an infection." I said well let's wait then and he says no, it will probably be fine.
Well it wasn't fine. By that evening (6-8 hours later) I felt really sick and had a fever. Called the emergency number as directed and spoke with Dr. Sukkar who said I would need to come in the next day for surgery in the morning.
Well they didn't have me come in for surgery until the next evening. At that point the antibiotics kicked in and I no longer felt terrible. I still went in and before surgery I asked Dr. Sukkar about the size of the implant, if it was a problem and what he planned on doing. He emphatically told me the implant was not the problem.
... yet when I awoke, my breasts were two sizes smaller than agreed to. I was extremely unhappy at that point.
I had to have awful, painful drainage bags for two weeks. It pulled and hurt every time I moved. Im left with two round scars on the sides of my breasts.
Turns out later I had no infection in the breasts.
But it gets worse... because Dr. Sukkar failed to put the correct size in and fill out tissue that had been deflated post childbirth, Im left with the most deformed, upside down egg shaped, oblong breasts. The smaller implants create almost a double boob when felt (a hunk of my tissue and then the implant).
I paid extra money for round gel implants and they only look round in a bra.
Im extremely disappointed in my result. I let them know that intially and then let them settle in hoping they'd take a better shape after the 6 month settling in period. They didn't.
So I met with Dr. Sukkar who agreed I had an extremely poor outcome. And agreed to revise it.
However, to add insult to injury, they, meaning Darice and "practice manager" want me to pay an additional 2k to cover there facility costs (his facility is in his office) after their multiple mistakes!
If the nursing staff hadnt ignored me after my first, I would I would have a warranty through mentor to cover this cost but I was ineligible for it once they replaced them. I feel like my bruising was so bad the first time something happened they are not telling me... I think I was dropped or handled roughly because I hurt so badly after surgery.
Im not a litigous person, but I feel like I have no choice. I like Dr. Sukkar... I just wanted them to fix this but they wont. I have incurred significant financial loss, loss in income having multiple surgeries with my job and unforeseen and abnormal recovery and also emotional stress. Ive actually been made fun of because of my poor outcome.
Im honestly so depressed and upset over my outcome, I was looking forward to having full beautiful breasts again... instead Im sad everytime I change and I hide changing in front of my boyfriend. I won't even look at myself in the mirror. I have no choice but to hire an attorney.
Stay away from this practice.
