I met with Dr. Wolfe about a year and a half ago for a breast augmentation consultation based on a recommendation from a friend who had the same procedure performed recently.
I was really impressed with the office and staff; everyone was very nice and helpful and the office was clean and had a very spa-like and luxurious feel.
Dr. Wolfe was incredibly professional and helpful in answering my questions. We went through my goals and had suggestions on size and shape. The 3D imagining was incredibly helpful, especially since I was given a copy of the images to look over at home and make a final decision. I still wasn't committed to having the procedure done even after the consultation because I'd never had major surgery before and had hesitation regarding anesthesia and recovery.
I did finally have the procedure nearly a year after my consultation. I met with Dr. Wolfe and his staff again and again, they were incredibly helpful. I set up the surgery date and was given pre- and post-op instructions at my pre-op appointment. Everything was setup very professionally and with a lot of detail.
On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly. The nurse who put in my IV was so nice and reassuring. The anesthesiologist and the OR staff were also very helpful and nice. The transition from my check-in to check-out was very seamless and smooth.
My subsequent post-op appointments have been helpful. All of them were pre-pandemic so everything was in-person at their office. I recently had my 6-month appointment which I was offered a virtual appointment but I had some scarring issues I wanted to address so I opted for an in-person appointment. The safety process when I arrive there was impressive. My temperature was checked and I was asked a series of questions when I entered the building. I was then told to enter the lobby and there, everyone was at least 6 feet apart, with markings on the floor to indicate where to wait. I was immediately led to the room where there were signs indicating everything had been sanitized. All the staff including Dr. Wolfe and the coordinator had masks on.
All-in-all, I was impressed with Dr. Wolfe, his office, and the staff. All my questions and concerns were addressed pre-procedure. The procedure itself went well and I am so happy with the results. I feel like I picked the right size with their guidance. If there were issues to pop-up in the future, I am confident that they will be addressed with care and consideration in a timely manner. With the pandemic and safety being a huge concern, I was confident in their new procedures. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wolfe and his office.
