Disappointed
I am very disappointed at a reaction I got from the staff at the clinic. I genuinely just had a valid concern about a policy which was valid and I’m entitled to ask it. Instead of just answering the staff have been cutting me off and not allowing me to communicate. They have deleted all my reviews. This makes me think that I can’t trust this practice if all of the bad reviews get removed. I’m not trying to give a bad review and in fact I questioned whether I would post a review because I don’t want to give a bad review. However removing valid concerns and reviews makes this seem sketchy. I am disappointed as I believe Dr. Silverman is a knowledgable and experienced doctor and I would be quite happy having plastic surgery with him. The staff have ruined my dreams and have made me feel very uncomfortable and I can’t bring myself to spend $10,000 in a clinic where they make me feel really bad and all I ever wanted was to be encouraged and given support in order to make this difficult decision. I can’t see why the doctor would want to lose clients willing to pay $10,000 for a surgery. That doesn’t make sense to me. I am not on here to say bad things about the doctor I do not know the doctor and I believe he is a good doctor I just don’t understand how his staff could act on his behalf in this kind of a way towards me. There is no way I am going to be spending $10,000 at a clinic where they treat me like this. I believe the doctor should look at this and the clinic be understanding to all patients that come tothe clinic and anybody who might be interested in surgery. I am left confused about whether I even should go ahead with surgery if this is the kind of treatment I’m going to get. I hope the doctor will read this and respond as I again have no bad or hard feelings for the dr. My concerns are valid though and I deserve to be treated with some respect if I’m going to come to a business and spend my money there. I also should be entitled to go to any business I want and spend my money there regardless of how people working there feel. I wasn’t aware that the staff could selectively decide who what patients they want at the clinic. I would expect that the doctor would like any patients that are willing to pay for surgery. This experience is very confusing and hurtful to me I am not here to argue but more say how disappointed and hurt I am when I was looking at the services and treated so poorly. I really hope the doctor will respond because that will show me that he cares about his patients and his potential clients. I am sure he is very busy and does not have a lot of time but this issue is somewhat serious. Being treated poorly by someone that supposed to be encouraging you so you can go and get services is very strange. I’ve never dealt with a company like this before. There’s nothing else I can say about it I am left with a bad taste in my mouth and not even sure if I should go for my plastic surgery dreams because I don’t know what to do now. I think Dr. Silverman would be an excellent doctor I think he has skills I think he knows what he’s doing and that’s why I was interested in going there in the first place. Quite frankly the staff arent going to do surgery on me so they shouldn’t be the ones deterring people from going there. I just don’t know how to feel about this now. I still would be interested in Dr. Silverman but I’m not sure I can do it after how I’ve been treated. I say this to prevent anybody in the future from being treated this way. It’s not respectful to clients to treat them like this. I don’t even know the staff members and they are treating me in a very disrespectful way.
