Here’s to my journey for tig ol bitties. I will be documenting my process on here because I know how much it has helped me so I’m returning the favor for others on the quest!
After months of researching found the plastic surgeon for my breast augmentation and put my deposit down on 2/27/18! This is a huge step, I feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders! After seeing three different Plastic Surgeons I found the one I feel the most comfortable with, will give me the results I am looking for, and will have my overall well-being in mind throughout the whole process. My plan was to go to as many consultations as it took until I knew the plastic surgeon was the one for me and after my third consultation I knew Dr. Guerra was it.
I’m so busy with life, traveling, weight lifting, and work I have been putting off getting a BA for about a year. I have been wanting and dreaming of doing it but I have always just felt like I never had the time. Well I am finally making time and I cannot be happier! Thanks to something my mom said to me - ‘There is no good time to get it done, life always happens, you just gotta do it’
March 14th is my Pre-Op date and my surgery will be the 3rd, 6th, or 5th of April!
I will post before pictures when it gets closer, let you know how my pre-op appointment went, and the exact date of my surgery.
any tips, tricks, advice greatly appreciated!

I had my Pre-Op appointment two days ago 3-14-18! It went nice and smooth, kinda nerve racking! It was a lot of paper work obviously, got my prescriptions, the do’s and donts! I had my mom come with me so she could help me decide what CCs to choose. It was between 465cc and 490cc. I went with the 490cc Moderate Plus Xtra. It just has a little more projection then the regular profile. My chest wall is 13.5in - the 490cc should fit it perfecting according to the mentor chart. It’s becoming so real. I have so much going on right up to the surgery date so it will be here before I know it!
It’s set for 4/3/18 at 10:00am, I have to be there at 8:30am.
I will attach some before pictures, I wear a 34C bra.

I am still deciding between the moderate plus and high profile. this is the first time I’ve heard of moderate plus xtra. who is the manufacturer of your implant? congrats on the tatas. they already look great!!! yeee!

Mentor is the manufacturer. My PS said it’s just in between the high profile and mod+ profile. I didn’t want high because I’m tall and my shoulders are broad I thought it would look to fake. moderate plus was what I was going to get but then I could only go to a 425. The Mod+ extra allowed me to get a little more projection but maintain the natural look (hopefully) !!

that how I feel. I am 6’2” so my boobs are at eye level for most. I don’t want projection but I measure 13cm so it’s hard to get the volume. thanks for the info. I’ll talk to my doctor about the xtras. I’ll keep following your progress.
