I would like to speak to you. The only time I have meet or spoken to you was 5 minutes before the surgery. I know there was complications and no one check on me or has even explained to me what the complications were or are. I have tried to contact you 3rd party office they want to charge me $25 for my medical records, which I should had been given after surgery. I flew into Colorado and had to have a blood transfusion due to all the blood I lost during our surgery. In addition, the Allergan company has questions concerning the capsulary contraction that I had prior to the surgery that you had pointed out. A simple call from you to check on your patients after surgery would be nice.

I have talked to the doctor once, he had started that he would call in a prescription. Has not as of today( 5 weeks post op)He has not contacted the implant company either. Seductions in Miami, FL is not a good place to go they have so many different people and extentions, it’s confusing. By the time all is said and done I have spoken to at least 12 different people. They call you everyday though until they get your payment. After that no one cares. The doctors are all sub contracted by Seductions.

Not Personable at All

After they received my money they were not very attentive. I’m still waiting on a Prescription to be filled and the implant provider to be contacted. The doctor here are self contracted so I guess we blame Dr.True Lansden. I waited 5 hours prior to surgery seen the doctor arrive, after I did. That’s not very courteous, on the schedulers part either. Post OP I seen very many women come after I arrived and go while I waited to not even seen the doctor. So I don’t know what the excuses were for this. The lady change my gauze and tried to sell me massages and a cleaning kit( didn’t even check my blood pressure or temperature) after waiting 3 hours. I wouldn’t even doubt she wasn’t even a nurse. I honestly, would not go back, the way I was treated was not what I am used too by a plastic Surgery center. I needed a blood transfusion and didn’t realize this until I landed in Denver, CO and went to the emergency for feeling so I’ll. The doctor waited 10 days after I complained about patient abandonment stated that he would send in a prescription 5 weeks later I am still waiting. The implant company needs to speak with Dr. True Lansden that had a private practice in Key West to my discovery the number is disconnected.
