Cannot recommend Dr Crantford and his office enough.

I came to this office because my textured breast implants had been recalled and needed them replaced. When I first called, Maria at the front desk, was so accommodating, specially since I was on a time crunch. She worked with me and my schedule and was able to squeeze me in for a consult very quick. I could tell she really went out of her way to get me in.

Working with Kristen, Patient Care Coordinator, was such a breeze and an easy process. She was a delight and I felt she listened to my concerns and was amazing at getting back to me and helping me with anything I needed. She is very good at what she does!

Dr Crantford and surgical staff day of, Tricia, Tim and Jessica, were so great and I felt comfortable and well taken care of while getting ready and once in the OR. Tim was so wonderful and listened to all my concerns regarding anesthesia and trouble I've had in the past. I could tell he really went out of his way to do everything he could to make it a good experience. I could not be more thankful for that!

Recovery was easy and they were in constant contact after, Tricia texted me every day for a week and answered all my questions.

I couldn't be happier and would recommend this office to anyone.
