I had My Breast implants exchanged with Dr.Kadz.I decided to go with him since he did my previous BA and did a Great job. I had 650cc decided to go bigger, I wanted more upper pole fullness so I decided to do 800cc Very Highly Cohesive..but on day of surgery Dr.Kadz explained that Allergan discontinued 800cc so I went with 770cc Very Highly Cohesive (theres supposed to hold shape better and give more fullness on top.I also had Liposuction on Flanks,midback,upper back, bralines,sideboob, and arms.. So i go in and surgery and wake up in pain of course .when I wake up I have my nurse (by the way all the personnel in Dr Kadz office are great)..The nurse discharge me and tells me not to take a shower until tomorrow and says don't touch your breast. I was draining so much from the Liposuction it was so gross..but i was told I was going to be leaking. I kept changing my pads ..and of course alot of pain..The next day when I'm taking my clothes off to shower I finally get to look at my body..and to no surprise I'm extremely swollen and bruised..I look at my breast and I immediately panic..they're so uneven and a part of my breast looks weird like a crease. I took a picture and called Dr Kadz..he returned my call and said it's normal and that he put sutures on that part of the breast to make to cleavage even on top..I am completely confused with his answer and still feel something is wrong. The next day Monique from Dr Kadz office called me to see how I'm doing i explained the whole situation to her and send her pictures too ..she shows the picture to a nurse and they recommend me to take off compression garment bc it looks like the compression bra was rising up and too tight...I had a follow up appt on Saturday June 13 ,so I went ..Honestly I felt as if Dr Kadz was upset I had concerns about my breast looking deform..he said its ok, I put the sutures there. He said it was going to take time for the breast to fill that part in ..Hes evaluation was so rushed..He said I shouldn't be worried about that..but of course I'm going to worry..its my body..he scheduled my next follow up in 3 months!..Im just so scared at this point, I'm hoping and praying that my breast start looking normal..I spent alot of money and decided to go to Beverly Hills thinking I would be safer and get the best result..

6 days postop..still no change
its 6 days since my surgery..and I'm just growing more anxious,nervous and scared.I feel I'm going into a depression I can't stop crying. Oh how I regret going to this Dr.Kadz. My breast look completely disfigured. I know I'm still very swollen but I don't see this fixing when swelling goes down. All I can do now is pray I heal and start saving money to get a Breast Revision, hopefully I find a surgeon that can fix this mess.I hate taking a shower or changing my clothes because I have to look at my breast. If only I can turn back time, I would of never had this surgery.There was nothing wrong with my breast implants before,,but I just wanted more upper pole fullness.Lord I regret this.

I am so sorry you're experiencing this! Sending positivity and prayers to you that they will actually start to look better in the next coming weeks. I'm sure you've probably called your surgeon by now, but maybe consider calling another surgeon's office to ask to be evaluated.... Hopefully some surgeons on this platform will also find this post and deliver some answers.

Yes, I have contacted PS and he said it will take 3 mths for the sutures to dissolve and the breast will even out..Im just praying he's right..I am also going to look into getting evaluated by another PS..Thank so much for your positive vibes.

My main worry is the fact he wants to wait so long after doing all he has done to you!! He should see you at 1 week 2 week then evaluate how often after that visit!! You have so much that will change daily and weekly!! I see your concern but the implants should drop and round out. He should also evaluate your bra decisions as well!! Good luck dear

13 days postop
So I'm 13 days postop on this picture and can see a difference..the swelling is going down and my breast are beginning to look normal..I made a follow up appointment sooner I just want to make sure everything is ok..The Dr did say it will take 3 mths to see final results and for breast to fill in the crease..hoping for the best
