6 months post op

I've been asked to post a few update pics, so here they are. My left side feels soft and natural, but my right feels a bit firmer. They're not exactly the same, but that's to be expected as they started off different. I'm happy with the shape. I wonder if they'll change any further!?

10 weeks post op and very happy!

I'm about 10 weeks post op and I'm happy with the results! I tried on wired and lightly padded bras after being given the ok at 6 weeks and I feel like they suit my body well and the end result is what I wanted, full but natural. 34D seems to fit well, although I haven't had a proper bra fitting due to lockdown (I don't think I look like a D). I have a small amount of discomfort at times on my left boob, but hopefully that will stop eventually. The strange feeling of the implant moving in the left pocket has gone. I also this they've evened up quite a bit. I've posted some pics, plus a quashed together ones that show that they're getting quite quishy now too.

4 weeks post op

I'm 4 weeks post op now. I'm happy with the general size and shape of my boobs. Until about 3.5 weeks my left breast still felt ultra sensitive and uncomfortable, but I seem to have turned a corner and feeling much better now. I explained to my surgeon that my left felt heavy at the bottom and he said I should stop wearing the band as the left has dropped into the pocket and the other parhaps has some dropping to do, so I'm leaving the bra strap on that side loose. I think they look a bit different in size at the moment, so I'll have to wait and see if my right evens out. I don't think it will be too noticeable in a bra and clothes and I have avoided a lift after all.

Overall rating

After many years of being unhappy with my breast size, I started looking at before and after pictures on RealSelf and realised several of my favourite breast augmentation pics were of Mr Cavale's work. I went to visit him for a consultation and decided to go ahead with surgery. After trying on sizes and going back for a second try on session, Mr Cavale steered me towards 310cc for my frame (I started with a small deflated B - if that). The surgery was a day case, so I went home a few hours after. Recovery took a little longer on one side than I thought it might, but it was all worthwhile as the results look natural, but full and I feel more confident in my own body. I started with asymmetrical breasts due to breastfeeding, so I didn't expect perfection, but I think Mr Cavale has done a fantastic job! He's an artist. Mr Cavale has a nice calm manner and doesn't push you into anything and I'm glad I chose him as my surgeon.
