Back for Breast Reduction, Implant Replacement for Smaller Size

I have done a few small procedures with Dr Kadz over the years. A tummy tuck, breast lift with bigger implants and lipo of love handles and outer thighs. Here I am back 5 years later, I decided to return with Dr Kadz for breast reduction and replace my implants for smaller ones and of course my nose. Dr Kadz mentioned due to my oily skin and tick tissue on my nose, he recommended a close rhinoplasty to improve the shape of my nose and the bulbous appearance of the tip of my nose. I don't see any major improvements so far since it is still swollen, but I can notice small improvements so far. I will definitely keep everyone updated.
