I have been on real self for a few years now. I’ve wanted a BA since I was like 15, as my breasts have always been on the smaller side. After having two children at a young age (I’m 25) my breasts have become deflated and unsightly. My husband finally agreed to the surgery and after meeting with Dr Chatson, we have a surgery date! So excited. I will likely be getting 350-400 cc round textured silicon implants placed submuscularly with an inframmery incision. I will post pics as the date gets closer but just wanted to start documenting my journey bc I’ve so enjoyed following others on theirs on this site.

Had my pre op appointment today with Dr Chatson. As always, he was friendly and the experience was comfortable. After discussion and trying on sizers, we decided on Sientra silicon, round textured 388 cc. Surgery will be November 30th. YAY!

Hi! I have my surgery for 11/21 and had my preop yesterday. I can’t decide between 350 and 385. I had the 350 sizer on and liked it, but I’ve heard you want to size up as it goes under the muscle and will be smaller than the sizer. But my doc says 385 would make me a D cup. We didn’t have a 385 sample to see. How did it look? Also he suggested Sientra too but I’m not familiar with it as I am mentor or Allergan. What was the draw to that implant for you? Thanks for sharing!

Hey there sorry for the late response. I honestly went with sientra bc that is what my PS recommend for me and I trust his expertise. I, too, was between 350 and 385 and decided on the larger size bc they told me that after swelling goes down I may regret not going bigger. And after all, I’m getting this procedure bc I want BIGGER lol. Try not to get hung up on what “cup size” you will be and try to think more about what your frame can handle and how big you want to look/feel. Not what size bra you will have to buy. I've never heard of a 388 size from Sientra (closest 385) but I heard they just came out with a new product catalogue a few weeks ago. The one on their website is 2017. I'm getting my BA 12/10 BTW. Leaning towards 355 mod + smooth round Sientra.

I am a 25 year old mother of two. I’m 5’4 and weight 130lbs. I wear a size 34c bra right now but I look more like a small B (IMO and in my doctors opinion as well). Want to be a full C/small D after BA to add some femininity and sexynessss to my frame.
