I’ve been wanting BA all my adult life. I finally got up the nerve to book several consultations all with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. The first declined and referred me to another. His office wouldn’t schedule me until I had 6 months of professional counseling. Undeterred I tried Dr Parks and he was happy to initially go with fat grafting. That was great but only yielded 80 cc’s. So next we tried 130cc round smooth silicone over the muscle. These are awesome. Natural, aesthetically pleasing and sensual. I’m seriously considering upgrading to 250-275 cc mod + and appreciate all the help Realself has rendered to date

Mini boob job results are hard to come by online but i love seeing them. It's like the "no-makeup makeup" of breast augmentation. i have had several opportunities to undergo breast augmentation but have not pursued because i am concerned about them looking too big to look real. And my goal regarding plastic surgery is for it not to be noticeable.

R & R : Early Christmas Present

It’s been almost 2 years since my initial BA when I chose 130 cc Mentor silicone. At about 6 months out I noticed a lump the size of a small grape along the Rt. Infra mammary incision. Dr Parks diagnosed a Grade 1-2 Capsular contraction and said as long as I was otherwise happy to just observe it over time. Nothing changed but it was tough lying on my stomach (Superman pose in Pilates or yoga) and especially “boogie boarding” as when I dropped down on a wave it Really hurt. The price increase from 6,000 to 8900 reflected the cost of both the explant- implant and capsulectomy. I’m now almost 3 months out and absolutely love my results!! Totally much softer. I’ve also been taking Singular (Montelukist??) to help prevent its return. The pics are from 1 month PO. BTW my stats are 5’7” 145 lbs BWD 12 cm. I hope this is helpful to anyone considering a R&R as I have no regrets! Oh, I forgot to mention I went with Mentor Mod + 235 cc
