640cc without looking crazy

I’m 5’9” with a large frame. I recently lost 45 lbs & have always wanted bigger breasts. I figured now was the time since they were even smaller after losing weight (38A). After following Dr. Oppenheimer for about a year on social media I finally made a consult appointment. I was so self conscious walking in to the office. The staff made me feel comfortable & the Dr. Opp didn’t make me feel rushed or silly for asking a ton of questions.
After trying LOTS of options I went with 640 cc moderate+. I was afraid I’d look like I had beach balls on my chest but everyone was very reassuring. A week later I had the surgery. Recovery was better than anticipated; I was almost pain free in 4 days (just took Advil at night).
Now that the “drop & fluff” is complete I couldn’t be happier! I love the shape & size. He also was able to give me nice cleavage.
