5'7", 125 Lb Mother of 3 225cc BA Plus Mini Tummy Tuck

I'm turning 40 this spring and have birthed and nursed 3 beautiful children. I am in great shape for my age and during bikini season, I'm always in great shape. The problem is that my boobs don't resemble the pretty C-cups they once were and when my milk came in for my first child, my Ccups blew up to Pamela Anderson 90's proportions. They didn't stay that way. I lost a cup size per each of my daughters and I can only describe what I have now as deflated...and to say I'm a Bcup might be generous. If that wasn't enough, I've had 3 Csections so I have a very ugly scar with a lump of scar tissue and extra skin just above it. All normal bikini bottoms sit just below the scar so it's visible in a bikini unless I opt for high wasted bottoms that look amazing on curvy women...but frumpy on my slim and curve-less frame. My naval changed after my first pregnancy, making my half inny & half outie belly button an unsightly outie that resembles a tiny butt.

I went for my consult with Doctor Higdon after making a friend who has had an amazing BA with him. She highly recommended him and he obviously does nice work. I've wanted a BA for almost 20 years. I just want my upper pole volume back and maybe 1-2 cup sizes more. I hoped to achieve this with fat transfer but even after attempting to gain a few pounds before my consult, Doc said it's not enough. After trying on sizers, I settled on 225ccs but am afraid I'll be disappointed that I didn't go bigger. I do really want a more natural look so I don't want more than a small Dcup when all is said and done.

Dr. H notified me that the changes in my naval were caused by an umbilical hernia that he offered to repair at the expense of my insurance co. and when I asked him what I could do for my scar, he recommended a mini tummy tuck which would address the ugly lump above my scar. Makes perfect sense and I'm excited to finally get rid of it. The trouble with the hernia repair is that my unmet deductible is 5k and the recovery will take at least 6 weeks. As a working mother of 3, I just can't justify all that time on the couch.

Come Monday, I'm looking forward to requesting a quote for just the BA and one for the BA and tuck without hernia repair so I can make a decision but I'd really like to do both and really look nice in a bikini for my 40th Birthday. Then I want to pay off this thang in full and get this procedure scheduled asap since work is slow right now. I've been saving up and very patient for too long.

Surgery Scheduled! Agonizing over Implant Size - 5'7" 120-125lb.

The date is set and BA day just can't get here fast enough! I'm agonizing over my size choice. I thought the 250cc sizers looked big on me and told Dr. H I thought 225cc was what I'd like, but I'm second guessing that, that might be disappointing. I want to look somewhat natural without going too big for my curvless 5'7" 123lb frame. I think I'm afraid that my husband will think I look fake. I'm probably an A or small B now and would like a full C or small D, as long as I dont look completely disproportionate. It's been sort of difficult finding reviews of other ladies with the same body type and breasts set as far apart as mine as well as those looking for only 200 something ccs so I'm on here, constantly looking at those that are at all similar and still feeling unsure about the size I want.

I went for my MM consultation a few days ago. I was always sure I wanted 250cc implants but once I tried on sizers I would probably be getting the 300cc. I'm 5'1 130lbs and currently a very small B cup. I'm not going for the super big unnatural look so I think I'm fine with 275-300cc. Doc says that should give me a full C.

Thankyou for sharing! I told Dr. H I wanted him to order sizes 250-300cc. I am pretty confident one of those will do the trick even though 300 was not even on my radar in the beginning. I think at some point we just have to communicate what we want very clearly to the surgeon and let him decide what looks best on us. After all, he's seen a lot of boobs! Best of luck to you with your BA!

2 Weeks to BA day!

Funny372159
I'm less than 2 weeks from the big day and I've agonized so much over the number of ccs that I want to go with after telling doc 225ccs at my consult. I posted more before photos so I'm starting out with what I think is a large A or Small B cup but my breasts are very far apart and I'm afraid of how that will look after. I think I would rather be a little more voluptuous than planned than to be disappointed with the size after going under the knife and all this tortuous waiting and wanting, so I think I'll go with at least 250cc. After having and nursing 3 children, I have some sagging skin and absolutely no upper-pole volume. I want to go big enough to fill that space and perk the girls up but not so big that I look like a washed up 40 year old porn star. I really want to look somewhat proportional and I have a very slim build with very little fat on my upper half. The exact decision will have to be in Doctor Higdon's hands because how 250ccs looks on someone else is not going to be the same for me, even if we started out with a similar amount of tissue and a similar build. No amount of staring at before and after pictures is going to make me feel certain that I know what my outcome will be.

I ordered my Arnica Montana tabs and Bromalane (sp?) pills, picked up some stool softener pills, and got myself a nice gel hot/cold pack and I am eating healthy and avoiding alcohol. My Calendar is marked to remind me to get that PCR covid test that Vanderbilt is requiring. After Dr. H told me at consult that I didn't have enough fat for fat transfer to breasts, I hit the (home) gym hard and lost more than 5 lbs. I am super excited for my boobie transformation and for summer. Mama's going to look hot in a bikini and just in time for my 40th!

I think you should go bigger. The rest of your body is so fit and there is no sense in having surgery and going through all of this and not being satisfied because they are too small.

Thankyou. I asked my surgeon to order sizes up to 300cc. I trust him to choose the largest ones that look good on my frame and I think 300 would definitely get me there with the tissue I'm starting with. 11 more days.... The anticipation is killing me!
