18 days post-op — beach day!
I hit the beach for the first time showcasing my new assets. They are pretty dang impressive, I must say! Flattering suit helps. (Lilly Pulitzer Palma swimsuit in size 4.) Def a confidence booster! Putting my compression bra on as soon as we get home to not mess any of this up.
10 days post-op
Been back to normal pretty much since 3 days PO - no pain meds needed or anything. I feel like my range of movement is 95% normal too. Grateful this recovery has been so easy!!!
I tried on some of my pre-BA swimsuits and sports bras and most fit great still! Picked up this one (pictures) today and I’m in love.

Day 2 - itchy, sore, nipples low
Survived day 2 post-op! Today was itchy despite taking Benadryl before anytime I popped a Norco. Took a long nap in the afternoon. Seemed to feel woozier from the pain meds but I’ll be done with them by tomorrow. Boobs look great naked but my nips are lowwww. I think that’ll settle out in the next 3 months it takes to fully drop and fluff. Husband L-O-V-E-S them. It’s hard to pull my hair up into a low ponytail, let alone anything higher than that! My blood sugar has run high ever since surgery (I’m T1D) but I’m trying to monitor it and adjust accordingly.
