34A to 34D to 34DD - 2nd set of Breast Implants

WORTH IT$5,900
Started out with a small A chest. 15 years ago I decided to get Saline, under the muscle implants. I ended up getting 420 CC. Fast forward 15 years, they still look pretty good except one is sitting a little lower than the other. I feel like they need to be fuller. I have a very thin chest. I’m 5’10, 140lbs. With my first implants my bra size was a 34D, but honestly as tall as I am, they looked pretty small.
So I decided to go bigger. This time I got silicone gel implants - moderate profile - 750 CC.

I'm going in for a revision soon. I'm pretty similar to you as far as weight and implant size prior to surgery. How do you like your new size?
Hi! Thank you for sharing your story. I am in the same situation as you: originally an A cup, fairly tall and thin (albeit not as tall), and I had C+/D- but they still didn't look that big. They look even smaller now after a 10lb weight gain and 3 kids. I'm hoping to go up to a full DD like you did. Did you find it difficult to find a surgeon willing to go big the 2nd time? My original surgeon will not go that big; he only does natural looking work. I'm finding it frustrating to find a doctor willing to do what I'm looking for and willing to pay for (I went through similar struggles when trying to find medical support for my VBAC births; btw my VBACs were successful, showing that some doctors are just "cautionary").
