They look natural, symmetrical and beautifully placed

I had a breast augmentation under local (awake procedure) and 8 weeks later, I couldn't be happier with my results! From start to finish, Dr. Gartner and his entire staff were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. The most and only mildly uncomfortable part of the procedure was the initial numbing where the pectoral muscle has to be manipulated for the lido injections. Again, this was only mildly uncomfortable. The rest of the procedure was a breeze! I chatted with the doctor and his nurses during the entire thing and they played great music I was enjoying. Post op was similar to what I expected. The first 12 hours post op are painful, I took 5 pain pills during that time. After the first 12 hours, I took half a pain pill twice during the second 12 hours, and absolutely no pain meds after that. My breasts looked odd initially but that was relatively expected and within 4 weeks they had dropped beautifully. At 6-8 weeks post op they look natural, symmetrical and beautifully placed. I was a B post op (had breastfed 2 children for a combined 3 years so they were a deflated B. I didn't have any volume or shape left. ) and I chose to have 250cc saline implants for volume and shape as opposed to a large size increase. The smaller implants allowed for a very natural and soft feel, I genuinely forget they're there! I slept in a very elevated position for 4 weeks (which was no fun at all) but I believed it aided in my quick dropping/fluffing. I am so thankful to Dr. Gartner for his incredible job, and for being willing to provide this procedure under local anesthetic.
