25 Y/o 5'1" 105lbs BWD 13cm Getting 330/345ccs Inspira Moderate

I've scheduled my surgery for 3 months from now! I've been pouring over RealSelf to try to get an idea of what to expect and now I'd like to pay back the favor with my own review.
My stats:
5'1"
105lbs
30A
BWD 13cm
Bust: 29"
Waist: 24"
Hips: 34"
I'd describe myself a petite, slender, and toned. No kids.
I'm a graduate student so my procedure is planned for the beginning of my summer.
My first consult was with another surgeon who I didn't "click" with. He is highly reviewed on RS, but wasn't personable or interested in what my goals were. He gave a skimmed down version of the surgery, told me to try on sizers, and to go with the largest size that I liked. He also noted some asymmetry in my rib cage wall and minor asymmetry with volume, but told me that he'd do 2 implants of the same size and that the asymmetry would be minimized but still there (breasts are sisters, not twins). Overall he was professional but didn't ask me once what I was going for and made me feel like another drop in the bucket.
I had to wait 6 weeks to get a consult with Dr. Wooten. I actually found her on RS and loved how natural her BA results were (seriously, look at them!!!). She is SO sweet and spend a fair amount of time asking about my life, what I liked to do, how I liked to exercise, what I was studying, etc before she even examined me. She asked me about my goals, which basically consist of a "realistic" size and a nice sloped/tear-drop shape- basically as natural of a shape as possible while still being a flattering size to my body. She also noted my asymmetry and recommended that we go with two different profiles! This caught me off guard because I hadn't heard of many girls going with different profiles. She gave me two 300cc moderate profile implants to try on and it was very obvious that my left breast protruded ~1cm further than my right breast! All this time I thought the left was just bigger! So after sizing we both agreed to 345cc moderate on the left and 280 low plus on the right to even out my breasts. We also are going to be doing split-muscle placement where the most of the top half of the implant will go under the muscle and part of the bottom will be sub glandular; this is to prevent the animation deformity that some people have when they flex their pec. I work out a fair amount so this is perfect! The fact that she offered such a personalized and tailored consult (she spent 1.5 hours with me HERSELF) was why I chose Dr. Wooten and am happy to have her as my surgeon.

Sizing Appt
vtd917April 28, 2019
I went back to try on sizers. The size I originally chose still looked good, but was definitely on the larger size. I tried on a size smaller (330 SSM/265 SSLP) to take a look. Dr. Wooten says she'd rather put in the smaller set because the smaller diameter will sit better on my narrow frame and look most natural, and my fiancé doesn't see a difference between the two sets so he thinks going with the smaller set will have less risk for bad outcomes. I'm a bit conflicted because I see many people on RS who have boob greed and I'd rather not be one of them. It is only 15cc which is 1 tbsp so I know is not a lot, but its crazy how this messes with your head.
I'll post pics of both the larger and smaller sizers- any opinions?

I think both sets look great on you! The larger size doesn't make you look top heavy at all, I don't think it's "too much boob" for your frame, it still looks very natural. The difference that I see between the sets is the fullness of the breasts. The larger set gives a curvier look, whereas the smaller is a leaner silhouette. From a frontal view, the larger set looks like it gives you a bit more side boob, but not so much that it looks fake. And, from a side view, the larger set is slightly fuller in the upper pole. I don't mean for this to sound weird but the boob to butt ratio of the bigger set looks more balanced. I personally like the look of the bigger set because it's still very natural but you get that extra little bit of oomph :)

Thanks! I'm definitely leaning towards the first set, but I also am worried about not going with my surgeon's pick. But everybody on RS says to go big! Its also only 15ccs so I need to calm down haha. I'm also having part of the implant subglandular so I know I'll have a bit more projection and perkiness than if I went with the fully under the muscle.

Had you not gone back, your surgeon's pick would've been the first set also, lol. So, she's technically picked both :)

I personally would prefer to get the implant that matches the closest to your dimensions, since that ensures your results will look as natural as possible. That’s not to say bigger implants will look unnatural on you, but it’ll look more obvious than if you were to get the size that sits best on your frame. I felt that the bigger implants gave the illusion of being top heavy, while the smaller implants looked more balanced. But this is coming from a petite lady who likes smaller boobs, so it’s really your preference. Good luck!

Hi AnnieMay :) Both sets would fit within my bwd, but I think that one of the issues with being on RS is being caught up with ccs-everyone keeps saying to go bigger! I agree with your assessment though, the smaller set looks the most natural and I feel like the larger set makes me look heavier than I am. I definitely set off on this journey for the most "natural, yet full" look possible. I feel like these sizes are where I'm straddling that line.

I finalized my size at 330 SSM/265 SSLP! I have been going back and forth between going bigger, considering a higher profile, etc. to the point where I was being driven crazy! I had to remind myself that my goals were to be proportional and balanced without my boobs "stealing the show". The moderate profile should be perfect for a natural looking result and shouldn't come with a "push-up" effect. After talking to Dr. Wooten I am confident in my decision with this and I trust her choice (that's why I chose her as my surgeon after all!).
I'm so excited for surgery in 2 weeks!

Hi. I’m 5’3”, had my BA 2 years ago. I was going back and forth about the size with my MD too and we decided 325cc was best for my frame and natural look. My breasts look better and better overtime as they more and more natural in appearance and feel. I’m 34b bra size, waist 25 and hips 33.5 inches. I’m happy with my form and feel confident in all my outfits. Good luck with your surgery!
