23yo, no kids, athletic build with wide chest - 34C pre op

Hi everyone! Been lurking for a few years but getting serious in the gym and improving every other aspect of my body has led me to revisit with sincerity my desire for improved shape and size of my breast. My left is significantly smaller, and even though there seems to be adequate tissue when grabbing them, the way they point so far outwards on my athletic build and wide chest makes them seem so much smaller.
I am happy with my body as is and have always felt sexy but this is just the final step to improve my appearance that the gym and eating well can't fix.
I will say that it is CRAZY how different boobs are!! I love my 34C Aerie push up bras, but someone who's boobs look similar to mine will wear a B or D, or someone's boobs that look HUGE to me will be the same bra size or vise versa. It's so strange.
Really my goal is to have more volume and maybe upper pole fullness, and as much cleavage as reasonable with my starting point (and improving asymmetry obviously). It's much more difficult to find examples of girls that had some breast tissue before to work with instead of basically nothing when trying to find similar cases with good results.
I have 2 consultations scheduled, one this Monday the 7th and Monday the 14th from recommendations online and a girl I know. I reasonably should wait about 2 years (when my student loans are finished being paid), I just want to know now whether this is a reasonable thing for me so I can stop thinking about it or get really excited!! But I know that I have a good consultation there's NO WAY I'll be able to wait that long lol.

Here are some pics of what I look like now. I’m 5’ 1” and 145-150 lbs, very muscular but I carry my weight around my hips/flanks. I feel like all of the before and after examples I’ve seen are of people at their ideal weight/that look great, while I have maybe 10 lbs to lose for that, so I’m scared I’ll just look fat with larger breasts. But my boyfriend thinks that fear is ridiculous.

I have decided to go with Dr. Brothers in Sandy Springs. It was the first appt I went to, and I was very impressed with him. Dr. Brothers was present the entire time, taught me stuff that I didn’t even know despite alllll of my research (like teaching me about double bubble on a example similar before and after I loved) and spent tons of time with his assistant measuring me and making sure he had the exact correct implant size/shape for each of my unique breasts. He was very matter of fact, but I love that because I’d rather the bedside table manner be a little less warm, and be reassured he’s a knowledgeable professional that knows exactly what he’s doing.
It wasn’t until going to another Dr in the same building that I realized just HOW MUCH brothers impressed me. The second consultation I went to felt like the friggen boob express. The actual surgeon wasn’t even there for the sizing and consultation part, but came in at the very end to briefly ask if I had any questions and just weirdly smiled the whole time saying I would be “beautiful” and they would be “perfect”. I felt like as the person actually doing the surgery, he didn’t give any actual input in anything and didn’t mention really any details. The choice was clear for me! He was even ~$800 cheaper, and was the one that came at a recommendation from an acquaintance.

Also I scheduled my surgery for January 2nd last week!!!!! I thought I would wait longer as I just got a new job a couple months ago and need to get settled, but since I’m in sales and don’t have to meet full quota for a few months, my boss said getting it done ASAP would be much less stressful to potentially take so much time off. So I literally scheduled it 5 weeks out. Pre op in this Thursday, in 6 days.
I haven’t posted my goals I suppose! I want more symmetry and upper pole fullness, as I am very bottom heavy. I would love them to be closer together as I have literally noooo cleavage whatsoever, but I understand that’s a hard thing to fix because it’s how you’re built. It’s weird because in clothes it looks like I have great boobs, and everyone I’ve told asks why I’m doing it, but naked (as you can see) it’s a different story. Lots of asymmetry and that strait on picture in the last update was the first I’ve taken from that angle (as in not trying to be flattering for a nude) and it literally looks like I have no left breast at all. So even though they look okay clothed, I’m doing this to think I’m more attractive naked.
I’m so excited and nervous and scared!!
