WORTH IT
Dr. Oppenheimer, and his staff, are exceptional. Erica, Yasiria, Dinky, and L’ael - superb. I forget my anesthesiologist’s name, but he was so very kind, as well. From the initial consultation (which ran over an hour - he really gave me the time I needed), to the pre-op appointment, and now day of Surgery...this has been such a positive experience. First major surgery I have ever had, and I am so happy to have found him. I am anal-retentive when it comes to researching exceptional providers for any of my medical needs, and be did not disappoint. All these positive reviews are right. If you’re considering any type of cosmetic surgery, absolutely go with Dr. Oppenheimer.

How long before you can return to CrossFit? When you do will you have exercise restrictions due to the peck muscle being released?

From what my surgeon said, I’m not going to be doing exactly the same weights and movements for a while. When I do get cleared, it will be for body weight and light cardio. And gradually progress from there. I’ll have to go back to just the barbell work when I am cleared for it (hopefully 4-6 weeks). Just depends on the person.
