How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

5’3 100 lbs - currently 200cc/250cc (wanting revision 450cc-500cc)
I need help deciding on a size. I know surgeons are going to tell me I don’t have enough chest size for a large implant , but when I look at pics of anything less than 425cc it doesn’t give the full look that I like.
And, the more I look at other girls I’m now liking 500cc. Does that sound ridiculous for my small body frame? Help.
200cc/250cc - revision (too small!)
Hi girls!! It’s been 3 years since my first breast augmentation. I definitely have enjoyed my new boobs but I wish I had gone bigger! I started out 32A and I’m now only a large B. I’m ready to jump into D/DD cup! I am petite. 5’3 101lbs (24 rib cage) and 10-11.5 (before my initial surgery) ... I have a few appointments scheduled with some consultants. I know they are going to tell me they cannot fit that large of an implant in me, but the I’m researching otherwise. I don’t want anything less than 440cc! I have wider hips and I believe it will help me look more proportional. I really don’t want to mess up again and get the wrong size. Let the journey begin.....
