136lbs, 5’4.5, Deflated 32D

Surgery booked. Weight loss and working out caused loss of volume to upper pole and cleavage. Would like to re shape the breasts with a rounder fuller look. Going with 375/400 natrelle inspira cohesive ultra full profile. Surgeon recommends this to fill upper pole. Kind of unsure about the ultra high profile but the regular ones were to wide and made me look very top heavy/fat. My breast width is 11.5, trusting my surgeons experience. I initially liked 325 but then decided to go up to 350 as I was told about boob greed. I’m not sure I will have boob greed as I once had very large breasts 32DDD.. don’t miss them really. Just want my youthful shape back. I’m not looking for larger just re volumizing haha. He is doing a dual plane which he says will give me a 1cm lift for my nipples. I am borderline sagging/psudopitosis. He said if I am unhappy with where my nipple is sitting 3 months post, to come back for a benelli lift. It’s under local anesthesia and takes 50 min and he would also reduce the size of my Areola. I’m trying to avoid scars. They don’t bother me as I am used to them, maybe they won’t look as large once my boobs are bigger? They weren’t this big before but after having DDDs they stretched out a tad! Anyways will keep yous all posted! Surgery is in two days!!! Nervous as heck hope I don’t have tonka [RS bleep] after ????

So nervous but also excited, just hope I’m doing the right thing and they turn out how I want.
