How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

I’ve come so far and finally loving my body
Whew ladies- this update has been a long time coming. I have so much to say but will try and keep it brief. Overall- I’m loving the results from my most recent surgery. Dr Reza Kordestani in Virginia is the goat for real!!!! I love that man. He literally saved me. My TT and BBL combo cost me the same amount that I paid for my entire BBL with Zach and the procedure was preformed in the hospital! I felt so completely safe and comfortable- the entire process was so smooth. I didn’t have to chase my coordinator down to talk to me or take my money. Like literally a night and day difference in the respect and service I was given. This experience with Zach was such a learning experience to the grimy Miami surgery industry as a whole. I personally would never go back to Miami for surgery as i was traumatized to a degree. But don’t let that discourage you because there are truly some wonderful & caring surgeons there. I wanted to list out some red flags that I learned about after the fact. Whether you ladies feel certain surgeons you are considering meet this criteria yourself is up to you.
Red flag: surgeon advertises “instant results”- ladies no surgery is instant. Let’s be realistic. Any surgeon who says this probably just wants to hook vulnerable uneducated patients.
Red flag: surgeon only / mostly shows on table exaggerated results that may or may not be posed- guys this one is HUGE! on table results are NEVER the final result. Any surgeon will tell you that. If the page is filled with a lot of these, you can almost assume that’s the only time the patient looks good. And I think it’s common sense that posing patients on table is misleading.
Red flag: surgeon shows “after” photos of girls in a faja- a faja will hide many imperfections like bad lipo, uneven hips, and will even lift the butt giving it a larger appearance. Everyone looks good in a faja, if you don’t believe me, go buy one before surgery and put it on and tell me how you like your body after.
Red flag: surgeon shows awesome after pics of a patient but does not show the proper before- typically doctors do this when the before looks extremely similar to the before and it would be easy to spot the patient probably looked amazing before surgery and it wasn’t some amazing transformation like they try and make it seem.
Red flag: surgeon shows before/after photos but of completely different angles so you can’t really tell the difference in key areas- again this is done to hide the fact that a patient likely already had the projection in the butt or a flat stomach prior to surgery.
Red flag: multiple complaints on real self- now while you can’t please every patient and some bad reviews are typical, pay attention to the specific complaints. If this is a pattern of the doctor, it will be revealed. For example- all bad reviews reference the same issues.
Red flag: can’t find a lot of info about them- good or bad- this can be scary because if the doctor is performing many procedures or even several per week, where are all the happy patients showing off their bodies? If they don’t have alot of people coming in the door, you have to ask why.. if they can get you in surgery within a month or 2, again why is this? If they are so good why aren’t they booked out a little?
Red flag: you have to constantly chase down your coordinator for simple questions and/or payment- this is self explanatory. If that’s the treatment you get before you have surgery, imagine the treatment you get after. That is very scary.
Red flag: doing a search of your surgeons name on public court records yields results showing they have been sued or sue people who are dissatisfied- patients suing a doctor or a doctor suing patients is scary so go to the county website (Miami dade if they are in Miami or broward if in Ft lauderdale) and just do a basic search by last name. All info is public record so you can see if a doctor has a malpractice suit against them or is serial suing patients for bad reviews. I shouldn’t have to tell you why this is a huge red flag. Some doctors will go to any length to silence patients who are upset so you have to wonder… what happens if you are that patient?
Again ladies- this will probably be my last update as I am so much more than satisfied with my body after the experience I went through. I hope everyone can learn from my experience and again, make sure you know and understand the red flags for any surgeon or surgery center. Surgery isn’t just laying on the table, there is a degree of follow up that is required and if your surgeon only seems to care about getting your money and doing your surgery and pushing you out the door than I truly wish you luck and happiness. Don’t deny the signs and red flags because you are hyped and excited about something. This is your life and livelihood and emotional well-being at stake. I hope my list helped you all because without being in the surgery world for a few years now i would have never known any of this. My dms are always open for you guys. And just to be clear- nothing i have stated here are facts or are being mentioned / explained as facts. Everything I have stated here is of my own opinion. Do with my information as you please and make your own determinations. Xoxo

Finally feel good about my body
I really took the time to research a new doctor that could not only deliver a beautiful tummy tuck and natural looking belly button but could also perform another BBL to fix what Dr Zach did without worrying about the 1L lipo limit in FL. I found the most amazing doctor in Virginia who operates out of a hospital where there is no lipo limit even when combining procedures. Surgery day, I showed him the fat Zach placed on my upper butt instead of my dips in my butt and how I hated it. He assured he would take it out, refill the spots Zach missed and blend everything better. He also made sure to lipo my upper back and armpits aggressively since I was left with a ton of fat there. You’ll see in the comparison picture how my hips were extremely square and not blended. This experience is completely night and day. I have the doctors cell number and he literally answers any questions I have. I even told him I felt some fluid on my back and he came to the recovery house I’m staying at to massage it himself. Choosing a surgeon is so important ladies please make sure to pick one who actually cares about you, your well-being, and your happiness. While I’m not happy I threw over $10k in the trash with Zach, it opened my eyes and taught me to not trust everything you see on a doctors IG. I hope everyone can learn from my experience because I know how it feels to be hopeless after trying to boost your confidence and constantly brushed off when you know something isn’t right. I wouldn’t wish those feelings on anybody. I’m only 4 days post op but this recovery has been easier on me than I expected. Don’t stop looking. There are actual caring doctors who can deliver what you want ladies. Keep searching.
Update pt 1
I wanted to provide an update on literally the worst experience ever and let you all know to BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS. I will add updated photos shortly. Today I had a 3 month follow up appointment that I travelled to Miami for so I could express my concern for my shape and lack of results. I received a phone call while I was in the car on the way from the office. Here is where it gets crazy and this office really showed their unprofessionalism. They called to reschedule my appointment for next week, an odd request given Tuesdays are consult and post op appointment day and my appointment was early. When I told her I was only in town until tomorrow she placed me on hold. After several minutes I was told that the doctor was no longer interested in seeing me and was dismissing me as a patient. I asked why I was being told This 30 minutes before my appointment time and then the girl proceeded to lie and say she left me a voicemail and emailed me the day before. All lies. I asked her to forward me the email so I can see the time stamp, and to my surprise, I haven’t received anything. I am a professional and I check my emails several times a day due to work and even checked my junk mail and I was never emailed. They lied about calling and emailing me. So this doctor and his staff are clearly unprofessional and don’t want to even give me the time of day to express my concerns. Please be very weary of reviews with no photos. If you express any disdain for this doctor or your lack of results you will probably be dropped as well. They only want your money and don’t care about you after.
