Dr.Zach is THE best! And his results speak for itself. He made me feel really comfortable and confident. I explained to him my concerns and he listened to everything I wanted! He made sure we were both on the same page with my expectations. I had hip dips that I hated, big arms & stubborn fat from pregnancy. I am so obsessed with my results. He filled my hip dips and gave me a beautiful projection and he was very mindful of my body type! His liposuction skills are on point. I love the way he sculpted my body. My stomach looks natural and it's still early on in my recovery. It's only been 3 weeks and I'm snatched. My stomach is so flat. I look and feel amazing. Pain was very minimal but everyone's experience is different. I had about 10 massages and plan to get many more. I have been eating good and staying hydrated. I drink natural green juices. I have had speedy recovery and very minimal swelling. I compressed and stay in my faja 24/7! I am very pleased with my results. I had a great experience with Dr. Zach and his team! The attention before and after surgery was amazing! Im loving my results 8 month Post op! I had some stubborn areas of fat in my stomach and bothersome love handles that were noticeable in clothing. I love my new shape, and I'm feeling more confident each day!

Dr okhah performing lipo 360 on me in March 2023 I’m only 6 months out and so happy I did it. No scaring left, smooth natural results. And I feel great in my clothes already 3 inches off my waist. Was nervous day if he came in to comfort me and his entire staff are super accommodating and make you feel comfortable. I had close contact with his staff before and after surgery and I left Miami in 6 days with no complications actual up walking around Miami 2 days out.

In light of everything happening at the moment, I just had to come on here to share my experience with Dr. Zach. It’s long overdue anyway. I’ve now had two surgeries with Dr. Zach because…I trust him and sometimes it takes some extra time and effort to get to your goal look. Throughout the entire process of both, he was the most patient, caring, and knowledgeable doctor. He sat with me on Zoom calls, listened to my concerns and needs, also sat with me in person for an hour before my last surgery to discuss everything I wanted done (I specifically requested this visit and you should too). I’m a professional and wanted a slim, classy, athletic look. He listened intently and did exactly what I wanted. The before and after pics speak for themselves. He basically worked miracles. To no fault of Dr. Zach (and more to the fault of some very loose skin of mine) I had a minor complication with a seroma…these are very normal after liposuction. He allowed me to come into his office each day after surgery and he personally assisted me. His wonderful nurse Roxy came to my house many, many times to assist me as well. Jinely from his office is also an angel. His aftercare was truly top notch. That being said, you as a patient must be an advocate for yourself with any surgery experience. Call/text them if you have questions, go to your 20 massages, wear your faja 24/7, take your meds. If something doesn’t feel right, speak up. It’s common sense! I’m a real person and a very real patient. Happy to personally vouch for my experience with him if you message me privately. He’s an incredibly talented surgeon and a lovely human. I think sometimes the patients like myself that are so happy with the results and want to move on with their lives after the recovery fail to write the good reviews he deserves. I am a Miami attorney and my professional career requires not only knowledge but also appearance!

I run a multi-million dollar law firm and I am the face of the business. However, after having two babies and losing about 30 lbs., I was left not only with loose and stretched skin but my confidence and self- esteem were essentially nonexistent.

Of course I began the journey of finding the best dr for my mommy makeover - listen when I tell you this!! I began my search with Dr Zach and he immediately rejected me!!!!

Dr. Zach rejected me! He wouldn’t even sit down with me for an initial consultation bc my BMI was high and unsafe for surgery.

After reaching out to his office, I was asked to fill out an initial form and after doing that, I was told I was not a candidate. I, of course took offense to this because he wouldn’t even see me for a consult.

I thought I had done my homework of losing 35 lbs. so I then moved on the next surgeon who immediately wanted to take payment from me and book my surgery. I met with 3 additional Miami surgeons and they were all ready and willing to take my money! Even with my high BMI!

However, Dr. Zach’s suggestion of losing more weight and lowering my BMI to a safe place for my surgery kept ringing in my head. Dr Zach wanted to make sure my surgery went well and with no complications!

That’s when I decided to let my pride aside and lose more weight. After 6 months, I returned to Dr. Zach (after losing 20 lbs more) and I immediately heard back from him.

He met with me through a remote consultation and we began a plan - within a month, I received my mommy makeover which included lipo and a Brazilian butt lift.

After my surgery, I was assigned a nurse who was available literally 24/7 to answer all the questions I had - yes, Dr
Zach was not the person speaking with me at all times BUT as an attorney myself, I understood that! I don’t meet with my clients daily, I have my paralegals for that!

Dr. Zach is the surgeon! He has supporting staff after the procedure is done. But even after my surgery, Dr. Zach met with me twice. The nurse saw me twice as well and spoke with me almost daily for a week.

I am beyond happy with my mommy makeover. I now have billboards through the city with a picture of myself - my confidence is through the roof, my self-esteem is very much abundant and I can confidently say Dr. Zach changed my life!

Do your research! And experience Dr. Zach office yourself before you make a decision. I am sure you won’t be disappointed!

I had surgery with Dr. Zach in March. He preformed my tummy tuck and 2nd round bbl. I’m in love with my results. I’m 52 years old and have had zero problems! Dr. Zach and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring. I felt so comfortable in the hands of doctor Zach. I would choose him a million times over if I had to have surgery again. I highly recommend him to anyone that’s looking for a great surgeon!

I had surgery with Dr. Zach on May 5. Currently, I'm a month post-surgery, and so far, Im loving my results. I have gotten surgery in the past out of the country. I developed fibrosis from that surgery and was very insecure about my stomach. I choose Doctor Zach because of the fantastic fat grafting he does with that condition. I am a very realistic person, and before my surgery, I thought my results maybe would have improved my stomach but let me tell you guys, it’s beyond my expectations so far. From the moment I met him before my surgery, I knew I made the right choice. He made me feel so comfortable with everything and did the best he could because I barely had no fat, and I also wanted a BBL. My results so far are excellent! I also want to shout out his nurse Roxy! She has been in contact with me ever since I meet her. If I have any concerns, I can text her, and she will get back to me ASAP! Dr. Zach has been a life saver for me . After having a tummy tuck few years ago that left me with an abnormal stomach and took all my confidence away he’s given me my confidence back . I’m only 2 months post op but I can immediately tell the difference. His bedside manner is top tier . I originally planned to just get lipo but he was the first Miami doctor I’ve been with to see my pre op and not minutes before you’re put under on surgery day . He sat with me for over 30 minutes discussing my treatment plan and answering every question I had . It was the first time I actually felt seen and heard by a doctor . You’re not treated as just a number at PH1 Miami it’s little details he remembers about me that assured me he cares about me as a patient and takes his craft serious . I highly recommend . My doctor was very patient and did exactly what I asked for my body till this day my procedure is natural and sexy I overly love everything he did he’s worth every penny your results speaks for itself I love him and recommend the girl to look into his work it’s worth it

Ladies!!!! I had lipo 360 last year with another doctor and wasn’t 100% satisfied so I was really nervous about finding the right doc to correct my irregularities and WOW let me tell you. His work is incredible to say the least! They say second round lipo is so painful but I woke up in mild discomfort and recovery was wayyyy faster than my first round. I’m 3.5 weeks post op now and my swelling is 95% gone already! I’m so impressed with the tiny waist he gave me and this time I did transfer fat because he made me feel extra safe about it and my hip dips were bothering me so I’m SO pleased with the booty too!!!!! 10/10 experience. Would recommend him over and over again. Even my massage therapist asked me who did it because she was blown away by his work. I’ll add photos / videos soon :)
