Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Scammer
I am writing this under better business bureau to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the dishonest and unprofessional experience I had at Seduction Cosmetic Center located 4950 SW 8 Street Maimi Florida 33134. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of by Seduction Cosmetic Center and I want to ensure others are made aware of the unethical practices I encountered and the scam they are running just to get people to sign the contact.
From the very start, communication was only smooth when I was inquiring about booking and paying for the package. Once the payment was made, it became incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone. The staff on-site were dismissive and unfriendly — a stark contrast to how they treated me during the sales process.
Here’s the core of the scam: You advertise low-cost packages to lure patients into signing a contract, only to surprise them later with numerous hidden fees that were never disclosed upfront. At my pre-op appointment — which I was told was for basic preparation — I was suddenly told I needed to pay an additional $700 for massages, a faja, and a BBL pillow. These were not mentioned at any point during the initial booking.
Then, on the day of surgery, I was told by a nurse I had to pay another $600 for pain medication, IV fluids, and iron supplements. Again, none of these charges were disclosed prior to surgery day. This is deceptive and unethical.
To make matters worse, I was told to arrive at 5:00 AM, which I did but ended up waiting over 8 hours for my procedure because the doctor was still operating on another patient — likely due to complications. I hadn’t eaten since 5 PM the day before and began to feel dizzy and unwell. I informed the nurse that I was no longer comfortable moving forward with the surgery under these circumstances. Her response? I’d be charged $1,000 to rebook. How is it fair to penalize me when your doctor was not available to perform the surgery on time?
I also found it completely unprofessional and concerning that the same nurse who was checking my vitals was also the one handling cash from patients for these surprise fees. I personally witnessed her collecting money from another patient’s husband for charges that were not mentioned beforehand. This raised serious red flags about how your office is being managed. I had requested a full refund which they declined.
Finally, I attempted to share my experience by posting a review on your website, but it never appeared on their review site. It’s clear that only positive reviews are selectively shown, which is misleading to future patients.
I am beyond disappointed. What you are doing is not just bad business — it borders on predatory. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory bodies and sharing my story on independent platforms so that others can make informed decisions.
This experience has been emotionally and financially draining, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did.
