A: Hello,thank you for your question. Many of these ladies have apparently undergone several rounds of BBL or buttock implants. Also keep in mind that photos may be altered. In my personal opinion I do not perform more than two bbl in the same patient. I leave you this link so you know a little more about bbl. You have nailed some of the issues down. Your breasts are far apart so you have a danger of not being satisfied with your cleavage due to the nature of your breasts. Your left one is large than the right but to figure out how much exactly using a computer measurement would be the best way to go. I would discuss the asymmetry with your surgeon and get his/her opinion. The issues I have with different sizes is that the implant will always stay the same but your breast tissue will change, drop etc so the diff in asymmetry may always be there just in a different manner. perfect symmetry may be unattainable but finding something that makes sense to you.
A: Hello, based on my experience I would recommend between 400cc extra high profile with gel implants to 420cc, this way you will achieve fuller and lifted breasts. But remember that this opinion is based on what I see in the photos, to choose the appropriate implant you must have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to take all the meassurements and determine the correct size.
