21 Years Old, BBL/Lipo with Dr Mallol

Hey dolls!
So I've booked to have my next round with Dr Baptista from Cali, Colombia. I am having a BBL reduction/reshape, fibrosis correction and I have also decided to get a breast fat transfer instead of implants.

I haven’t updated on realself about my bbl for a while so I thought I’ll just give an updated review. It’s been over a year now since I had my bbl with Mallol which was back in February 2017.
I’m happy with my results with my bum to an extent.. My bum before my surgery was literally flat, no ass at all and after my surgery with him he’s definitely given me a bum and I haven’t lost much fat at all.
But now my bum does not match my legs lol and this is the problem I’ve seen with a lot of girls who get bbls. I didn’t actually notice my bum to thigh ratio straight after my surgery as I was just so in love with how big my bum was.. But now I can really see it and I hate it!!! Few months after my surgery I was going gym regularly and lost a lot of weight. My bum lost a bit of fat nothing major but the bum to thigh ratio didn’t look nice at all, to a point where I had a few people ask me if my bum was fake... lol. I’ve put on some weight again and the ratio doesn’t look as bad since I’ve put on weight on my legs but I still don’t like it.. I’m trying to start going back to the gym but I’m gonna try and start doing some intense leg workouts to try and build muscle on my thighs so I can look more in proportion and also aim to lose some fat I’ve put on in my stomach and waist area so I’ll see how this all goes..
One other thing I hate the most is that having my surgery has left me with two keloid scars where my drains where previously put in.. They look so horrible, I’m getting steroid injections for them and I’m hoping this can get rid of these scars.. It’s been so annoying but hopefully these steroid injections works and can get rid of these nasty scars.

Little update.. I am nearly 4 months post op now. I'm still in love with my bum and hips and I've dropped a dress size. I was a UK size 14 before my bbl surgery and I am now a U.K. Size 12. But A lot of my tops I can fit into size 8 and 10's and my jeans I can fit into size 10/12's depending on where I buy the jeans from. However I can't buy jeans from certain shops because of how they fit on me.. A lot of jeans and trousers that I pick a lot of them won't even go pass my hips lol if I try and get a size bigger it's too big and get a size smaller it's too small lol.
I've also been going to the gym 4 times a week minimum which I'm sure has defo helped, lost weight on my arms, a little bit on my legs and my face and surprisingly haven't lost any fat from my bum. One thing I can say that I'm not happy with is still my waist. This may be my fault as I wasn't having as much lymphatic massages as I should of been from when I reached back to london from my surgery with mallol and my 3rd month post op. So I'm just going to continue waist training and exercising and hopefully it will go down even more. Before the surgery my waist was 37/38 inches and now I'm 33 inches so still it is a big difference however I'm tryna get my waist down even more. I have also developed seroma on my lower abdomen which I have already spoken to mallol about after he took days to reply. He said I needed to get it drained out and I'm still waiting for an appointment from my doctor back in london I've been waiting for over 4 weeks since I had it looked at.. Ridiculous. Besides the seroma I am happy with my results and I don't regret going to mallol at all however I do feel his aftercare and communication needs improving.
