I Felt Neglected.
My experience wasn't the greatest, it seemed unorganized. I leave the deposit to schedule the appointment and they send me out the door with no receipt, where do you go pay and get no receipt? I was sent to get blood drawn and when i get to the location they tell me i don't have anything to do there and to contact my doctor's office as they can't take me as a walk in, i call Sams office and they tell me they forgot to send my information to them, now i have to try this again the next day. I specified my expectations for this BBL and didn't really get the results i was looking for. Fast forward to the recovery i'm over 6 weeks and was due a checkup. No one reached out i had to make contact with them.
