Never again

I had the worse experience with New Life Plastic Surgery center. My doctor was dr. Simmons I had researched him for years booked my surgery for April 16 he left New life went to beyond beauty and new life didn't want to give me my money back so I had no choice but to stay with new life so I switched to Dr. Alverez a couple days later Dr. Simmons was back at new life so I rescheduled with him I saw him one time and one time the day of the surgery which was yesterday after he marked me up. He did not come in and check on me afterwards I was rushed out of there it was almost like we were cattle being moved in and out rushed. They try to deny my surgery three times in one day after I was already cleared medically I was supposed to be case number one got there ended up being case 2 Which was fine if they didn't lose my file and forgot about me in the room. I do look really good as far as my shape goes in my butt but the experience I received with a new life did not even allow me to be excited to get this done. We pay a lot of money because on top of the surgery amount all the aftercare equals out basically to the amount of what you pay for the surgery and to be treated in humanely was unacceptable. The next day I went and could not sleep the night before. I had my faja which was not even clipped all the way I saw the nurse who then told me that they put me in the wrong size that it was too small she couldn't get the faja back on. She went downstairs told the massage therapy lady who then said it was fine she put me back in the same one mind you it's so tight that I puke. If you are considering newlife be prepared for what's coming they have no communication they do not text or call back they treat you in humanely and their service was horrible no bedside manner whatsoever I would rethink going to that facility.
