I want to start by saying this has been a years long journey I'd consult after consult, endless research, changed minds, and frustration. I'm happy to report it's all been worth it. I started my journey in my home city of Atlanta, but found lackluster results or overhyped pricing (Dr Curves ). For the prices I was quoted, I wanted more guaranteed results and more experience in BBL's. I finally looked toward Miami, which in itself is an entire journey of discovery. You can find a plastic surgeon, massage service, recovery house, and faja store on nearly every corner. It's dizzying. But I knew after reading some of the horror stories and obituaries, I needed someone who knew his stuff. Enter Dr Earle. Plenty of reviews? Check. Positive reviews with tons of impressive photos? Check. Board certified? Double check. Bad reviews, nary a one. I decided to inquire about a consultation, sent in photos, and finally got my quote. It was getting realer and realer. I was in constant contact with my coordinator, and finally I got a rare opportunity to go without worry about a job to go back to. I leapt at the chance and booked my date for 11/19. Fast forward-Airbnb, private nurse, and flights are booked. I arrive on 11/18, grab a bite to eat, head in to my pre-op, and am face to face with Dr Earle himself. The nerves are setting in but his warm, friendly smile and reassuring attitude truly sold me. I went home, nerves jumping, Barry able to sleep.
I arrive the next morning at 7:45 AM. I am brought back, given my sterile garment, hair net, shoe covers, and I wait about 20 minutes for Dr Earle to come in and mark me up. Then it was time. The CRNA takes me back, gets me comfortable, and the next thing I know, I'm waking up with blankets on top of me. It's done! Omg the pain. I'm freezing. Oh my god I can't believe I'm done already! My whole body is sore as hell. More shivering. My nurse is here, we go down to the car, I slowly crawl in, get home. I almost pass out from the blood rush (ladies take it easy those first couple of days!). It's now 2 weeks post op and I'm SO happy. I have the body exercise and diet could NEVER give me. I can finally start wearing cute outfits. I'm me. Completely. Thanks to Dr Earle. ????
