5 weeks post op!
Yay!! I can’t believe it’s been 5 weeks!! Yes I am still happy with my results and No I would change a thing! My results are very natural looking! I just look like I was born like this! Surgeons are or magicians but Dr William is definitely the G.O.A.T. !!! I am still using my bbl pillow! Honestly I haven’t started working out yet cause I am still VERY tender! And my massages can be slightly painful. It’s my lower regions (lower back, sides and beneath my belly button) that are the worse. I’m still using my boards and foams to help with discomfort and swelling. I’m down to massages once a week and next week we’ll start wood therapy. My waist has gone down an inch so now I’m 34-26-37 Some days I use an ace bandage around my waist but honestly that’s uncomfortable! I went back to work and my body has hella sore afterwards. I count my calories now! Because I’m on the smaller side I am on a high calorie diet. I try to take in 2000 calories per day so I drink fruit smoothies with ensure and “feed the fat” powder and I eat a lot of avocados (yuck) and protein bars. I use Mederma and Kelo-cote on my scars twice daily! I average 4 bottles of water daily! Still taking it a day at a time! These pics are from today! Excuse my bush! I can’t wait til I can get waxed!!
I'm 3 weeks post-op and I just wanted to share with you all what I'm experiencing now.
Ok so I'm 3 weeks post-op and I just wanted to share with you all what I'm experiencing now. The swelling has gone down about 75%!!! I can feel it more than I can see it.
My whole midsection (the areas where I got Lipo but excluding my bra area) is still very tender. My booty is soft now! The only issue I'm having and it's my own fault is faja burn! Because I haven't been wearing a cami under my faja I have chaffing and an area that's hyper-pigmented now. I'll use cocoa butter and start wearing my cami! It's very tender to the touch and it actually hurts. It puts you in the mind of a sunburn. I still don't have all the feeling in my midsection. Like I can feel it but if I were to scratch (oh yeah I'm itching but that's cause I'm healing) I couldn't gauge how hard I'm scratching and could hurt myself.
Other than that I'm eating and feeding the fat! I found a girl on Instagram that sells a powder called Feed the Fat that gives you the healthy fats and nutrients needed to maintain my weight and results. Next week I'll start light exercising, mainly for my stomach, back, and legs. I'm posting a pic of my faja burn. I'll try to get another pic without the marks from my board and faja. TTYL.

Here's a little preview
Here it is a day before my birthday and I must say... I'm happy I did it! Happy Birthday to me! I came to the decision that I wasn't having anymore children so this was my birthday gift to myself. Now I'll be 38 and fine!
