My experience with CG Cosmetic

I paid on my surgery for one year after putting the $1000 payment with CG Cosmetic. I started off working with Karla Alvarez as my contact person she was great. By the time I was going to get my surgery, she had to leave for maternity leave. So I start dealing with who ever answer the phone. Once I paid all the money I owed, they assigned me to Dr. Lossein for my procedure. I was very excited because this something I been wanting for years. I was wanting to ask question out of just being excited that time is really her. I tried to call a couple time couldn't get anyone on the line, cause me to become nervous, so after several messages they call me back. Spoke with with Yahanna I explain to her that every since I paid my full amount I had been getting the run around, so she apologize, and gave me her cell number. Ok so I start feeling comfortable again. My surgery was schedule for 02-01-2017, I flew into Miami 2 days early. I stayed at the Miami Recovery House. My stay there was a total of 8 days. But back to the surgery I had my surgery 02-01 the doctor came in right before my procedure he as me what I was looking for, I told him he said he knew exactly what I wanted. So I became very confident, let them give me the anesthesia. I guess I was knock out within a few seconds. The next time I woke I was in my faja in the back of a van experiencing so much pain my buttock area. Once I made it to the Recovery House and got my meds. I slept the night away. The first 2weeks I was tickle about my new butt, but by the 3 week my butt shrunk a lot. Now I'm noticing that there was no volume was put at the top of my but area. I'm need to ga back just a little, well since I was out of it after the procedure I didn't know how many cc was used so when I went to my 3 day post op I ask Dr. Lossein that question, and he said he didn't know. Then he said I need to reach the post op department. That confuse me because you just did a procedure on me 3 days ago, and you don't know what you use but ok. Well I contact post on 02-03, and I still haven't gotten a call back. Every time I call I get transferred to a voicemail, no response. They gave me a email address. They responded one time asking more picture still no luck. I'm very depress because I was expecting better result. I wish Dr. Ortega was still working there. I love his work. I'm contact the BBB today.
