Dr. Kenneth R. Francis is the TRUTH!!!

Dr. Kenneth R. Francis is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has an impressive background and an office nestled in a quiet Manhattan neighborhood which is ideal if you're searching for privacy. I found him here on the RealSelf app and appreciated the fact that his consultations for BBL's were free. To sum it up, I was unsatisfied with my large mid section, back fat, and buttocks (one butt cheek had more fat than the other). Fast forward, I went to my BBL consultation appointment but still needed time to save money for my procedure. My consultation expired however, Dr.Francis still honored it which was very kind of him. Anela the Practice Manager , was very nice, informative, and straight to the point throughout my entire process. The day of my BBL 360 procedure , I was very nervous and sweating bullets. I had never had surgery at my age (37) and I still get squirmy about needles of ANY size however, the nurse Sara was very warm, welcoming, professional, and down to earth. She literally eased my anxiety and nervousness during the intake process. Overall, she was a ball of sunshine! Rhiannon was very pleasant and supportive with a calm energy. Dr. Wemm the anesthesiologist made me feel at ease and comfortable. Overall, Dr. Francis and his staff were OUTSTANDING! After I was all done Instead of driving, my husband laid down a sleeping bag in the back of an Uber SUV for me to lay on top of which was perfect because of the extra cushion (we of course cautioned the Uber driver to avoid pot holes) ..I love my privacy, so once I arrived to my 4th fl. walk up apt building I threw my hood and baseball cap over my head so that I would not be noticed. My husband helped carefully walk me upstairs and I have been fine ever since. Today I take my 6 month post op appointment and I must say I'm very pleased with my BBL 360 results from Dr. Kenneth R. Francis If I weren't so private because of my distinctive tattoo's, I definitely would have uploaded before and after photos of my procedure however, I am scheduled for a Suction Assisted Lumpectomy Neck Procedure which is a procedure that will improve the appearance of my neck and jowl by suctioning fat from underneath my skin which will also improve my jaw definition and will allow my neck and jaw to match my new body. This consultation was also free and I will be posting before and after pictures of my chin and neck. Dr. Kenneth R. Francis is well informed and amazing with his BBL procedures. If I could do it over again I would choose him 10 times over!
