WORTH IT$10,500
I just booked my make shift BBl. It's make shit because I had the Lipo 360 done last year and want a BBL to match.
They agreed to do it from inner thighs and arms. Price is $10,500.
My date is booked for September of this year.
Everyone was kind and efficient to respond.

Surgery is SERIOUS, Go with the best.

Londoncallingxx
So September 13th, 2021- I actually did it!
I put on weight ( 166 lbs to 174).
Then had surgery.
PREOP/ SURGERY DAY:
the kindness you read about with Pure Plastic Surgery is true. Girls working there are very kind. But remember when you go in it is a super popular office so sometimes I felt uneasy just with the fact that I feel like we’re all like animals in a meat factory…. But that’s besides the point . I’m only trying to share that after surgery I was in the office with 4 other women that couldn’t sit & it felt like the twilight zone. Although, talking with other women gave a sense of comradery.
Day of surgery. Everyone will be putting you at ease and although it’s tough that you have to go up into the office alone (no loved ones allowed). It wasn’t too bad, I wasn’t that nervous really just focused. They leave sweet notes and stuff for you morning of surgery it’s great. Truly. This wasn’t my first cosmetic surgery so seeing this treatment I knew I would be cared for.
WAKING UP FROM SURGERY
So, this was my biggest fear. After my first BA surgery; I woke up in miserable pain & was so drugged up I could barely get a nurses attention. Also, was freezing.
PURE PLASTIC SURGERY WAS MUCH BETTER. This alone was worth the money to not got to DR and get cheaper surgery. I’m telling you. I was informed that when I wake up I will be shaking. I wake up post op and there are two nurses by my side. I wake up on my stomach and I’m shaking and it’s hard to breath. Note: there wasn’t any pain. It was that the body just shakes. They put three thermal blankets on you, I wasn’t even cold. Actually was pretty warm which was very important to me. It was also hard to breath because of the ventilator you had during surgery and you wake up on your stomach.
Nurses helped me lift up so I wasn’t so much on my chest and had water ready for me which is the main thing my body wanted. Something no one did tell me about was
THERE WILL BE A VENTILATOR SO YOUR THROAT MIGHT HURT THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
It’s not unbearable & it’s for safety so I’m all for it.
IF NO-ONE TELLS YOU BEFORE LET ME: SHAKING IS NORMAL WAKING UP FROM SURGERY AND STOPS WITHIN THE HOUR OF WAKING UP. So just stay focused that all this is natural when you wake p and stay calm :).
COMING HOME FROM SURGERY:
You go home after waking up and none of it is bad. The hardest part for me was when I got home they told me to have soup then the pain meds…Well, hell no was I going to finish that soup. I took 1 sip and my body wanted nothing to do with it. I took one more sip and told my bf to give me the pain med. I was so weak I barely made it onto the bed before I passed out. That was a difficult part because I was straight up going to fall to the ground. So, I recommend making your walking minimal before you lay down and take the pain med at first.
They recommends walking 10 minutes every hour… yeah, that part sucks the first day. It’s not painful to walk, obviously you’re sore as hell ( imagine doing a 24 hour CrossFit session; that’s the soreness). The issue with walking is I wanted to pass out every 5 minutes. Note I’m anemic, so that could be a large part. SO BE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR IRON, I was and still felt weak. My boyfriend held me straight up at the shoulders and I kinda marched in place.
NEXT THREE DAYS:
It’ll suck only laying on your stomach but you won’t really want to lay on your butt, it’s all bruised. But recovery comes QUICK. By day 3 most of the nausea and throat pain left. But really started feeling like myself after 2 weeks. It’s not a bad two weeks, you’re just taking your meds a lot and it makes me super out of it *BUT EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT *.
Overall great experience. I can say that my healing came fast and I am soon entering my 3rd week.
Somethings to note:
You’ll mostly be with nurses for your care and post ops. I only say dr Earl for my preop and before surgery. He wasn’t there for my post op.
I was within around 10 lbs of fat of what I liked my body fat. I won’t say weight cause BMI is an incredibly inaccurate form of body tracking ( but doctors have to use it). I lifted weights a lot and enjoy having a healthy lifestyle. That is the reason I believe my recovery and everything was much faster and easier.
After my first surgery I had unhealthy habits and had to have more fat taken out.
Please if you’re doing this, be healthy and have healthy habits already. For me it was a MUCH better experience, much less pain when I did my surgery at PURE.
LYMPHATIC MASSAGES:
there are more scary stories about these than surgery. People say it’s insane pain…. Uhm, not my experience AT ALL. First off, I had my first massage two days after surgery. I wanted one day off. I heard about how painful this was for so many, so I was scared.
I RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PAIN MED 30 MINUTES BEFORE MASSAGES FOR THE FIRST WEEK.
IF YOU DONT READ ANYTHING OTHER THAN THIS PLEASE TAKE THIS TIP: GO TO SOMEONE WHO STUDIED LYMPHATIC MASSAGES NOT JUST TOOK A WEEKEND COURSE!!!!!! My massagist was THE BEST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE.
Lymphatic massages are not supposed to just be you getting squeezed the life out of you or massaged so hard you get even more bruised.
The body’s lymphatic system has nodes that the massage therapist lightly opens up (it’s a very light process) then the second part of the massage is when they apply pressure.
I also didn’t want to leave my Airbnb after surgery and I booked 12 massages for the following two weeks after surgery.
THIS IS WHO I USED:

As for how are my results?
The photos will do talking for me ;)

Btw - keep us posted on how your arms heal. I’m dying to get mine done and was curious if this doctor was any good.

Thanks for your kind response! I will say, in my experience, arm Lipo was painless. Consider that after a BBL you're constantly on your elbows and require a lot out of the arms- it was effortless! Hopefully my skin just tightens enough.

Hey! How are you doing almost 1 year after surgery? Thanks for sharing the tip about taking pain meds 30 mins before your massages. That must make all the difference in the world.

Hi! Loving my shape. I have stayed within the same weight. I am happy I got it HOWEVER. Now I notice when I gain even a few pounds it goes to my hips (cause that’s where I transferred fat too hips and butt). So sometimes even when I’d gain 5 lbs I feel like my shape is too extreme. I do enjoy it and am staying within the same 7 lbs range. I do really like it and I’d say it was totally worth it.
