I wish I could choose multiple BBL doctors to review!

What preparations are we supposed to do or would help that the Dr's don't tell us? Like what vitamins are you all taking before having BBL other than Iron. What are we supposed to avoid? I'm getting close to my 2 month before date and I want to start focusing on health and what I need to do to have a healthy recovery.

It was interesting. I met with Blinsky, Mendieta, and I set up a consult with Salama but was told the day of the appointment that he had to take an emergency trip so he was not there. I wasn’t super happy about that bc he was the main reason I flew down but I made the most of it and went in, saw the office etc. If you guys have any questions inbox me. I’ll be happy to tell u what i saw/ thought.

Hi- I've been researching BBL forever.. since before it was even popular. I've been reading doctors' reviews here on RS for years too. I think I'm finally ready to do it. I'm super cautious though and all of these deaths and infections freak me out. I am flying to Miami tomorrow to meet with different Doctors. I'm usually super private but I decided to write this because I know that I would've REALLY appreciated seeing someone's review of consultations with BBL Docs. I know a lot of us are Moms with obligations etc, so I'm doing this too for everyone who has to just book the surgery without meeting the Doctor first.
