How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Noticing Flatness of Hips :(
My hips are not as rounded as I wanted them to be. The overall shape doesn’t look right to me, especially from the back. Instead of an upside down heart, it looks boxy still. Let’s see what my body looks like after a couple months.
Sx Day and My Experience with Top Aesthetics
I finally had my BBL, and I would first like to say that Dr. Giancarlo exceeded my expectations with the results he was able to give me. The photos I upload here are from the same day as my surgery, and I look so good already (even with the swelling). He was able to give me more hips and projection than I thought — which I was trying to be very realistic about. I showed him some wish pics and said I had good taste!
Dr. Giancarlo and his staff have wonderful bedside manners, making me feel as calm as I possibly could prior to laying on the operating table. They were generous in providing a lot of what I needed for recovery, including: a stage 1 faja, foams, an ab board, several creams and pills for bruising/swelling/scarring, a BBL pillow, and a bag to carry it all in.
I can say with my whole heart that my surgery day was one of the happiest days of my life. That couldn’t have happened without my doctor and his staff.
Later on in a separate update, I will tell you how many ccs were removed and transferred + my measurements right before and right after surgery. Thanks for reading :)

Having Tight Skin
In general, I know having tight skin is a good thing. However, when it comes to the fat transfer part of a BBL, I understand this can limit the amount grafted. With me, I can't even pinch the skin on my butt.
In whatever case, I trust my doctor will do the best job he can with what I'm giving him to work with.
