I did find fajas that don’t look compressed in that area. We’ll see. Also he but fat in my thighs which do look good, but not sure if that will dissolve due to it not being the butt?? Not sure. I do like my lipo, but I did take away a star due to no one checking on me at all and I am an out of state patient.

I did my lipo BBL w/ Dr. Kalsow at Dreams Plastic Surgery. I have pros and cons about the whole thing. I absolutely loved my results straight off the table, but once the swelling went down more they started to diminish a lot, keep in mind I am only 9 days post op so it's still possible this will go away even more. A pro would be that he did talk me through the whole surgery and explained everything. I also appreciated Eddie, he was very kind in explaining everything to me. A big con is that no one called or checked on me till this day after surgery. I didn't feel very welcomed during the whole process, but the location was convenient for me and I did have a thing about being put to sleep so I wanted to do local and he had good results for local procedures. I asked to be big and I pointed out my troubled areas and I think he took that as if only transfer in those areas ONLY, but of course I didn't notice straight away. Most of the fat was also transferred into like the direct side of hips where ALL fajas have compression there so I feel as tho my fat will all dissolve due it not being placed in the hip area that fajas have the diff fabric there for less compression. All in all I go back and forth about did I waste 8500 dollars.

Update did find fajas where it looked like there was no compression in that specific area still waiting for them to arrive

I did order from snatch body and tribute and they both are compressed where the fat was inserted. It's like literally the sides of my legs not in the areas where the butt/hip spot is at on the fajas. I have no clue what to do about this as far as fajas except trying to make sure it's not squeezing it

Not super big, but there was no fat injected into my actual butt all over to make it any bigger only into my hips and legs. I wanted hips AND butt. I feel I didn't get what I paid for, but thanks.

If you don’t mind sharing your height and weight before your surgery. I am 5ft 5 1/2 and I weigh 157. I feel like I’m a bit too slim for a good transfer. Trying to get to 165-170 so I can see a difference because I don’t have much fat

I am 5'4 137. I had well enough fat we were at 2 liters during the surgery and he wasn't even done yet (this is something he personally said), but I didn't get any fat transferred anywhere but my hips which was not all I asked for I asked for bbl+hips. If I would have gotten that I do think I would have a better result.

Girl you are a “wish pic” in itself! My bum is is shaped similar to yours. My bum is full but just lacking hips. Maybe go back for a round 2. Nonetheless you just look naturally gifted (and technically u are) if he just did the hips!
