Office review: bad experience

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with ClinicWise. I had researching clinics and surgeons for months to get a BBL procedure done. After much consideration I went with ClinicWise even though the price was a lot higher compared to other clinics. I thought to myself that the price tag is probably due to the really good service and care, which I unfortunately was really wrong about. In Octobre I contacted ClinicWise and I was assigned a coordinator named Aicha. She booked my surgery date for the 23d of January. In the days approaching my surgery I had booked a flight and because of some wrong information she gave me I had to rebook my whole flight and pay for that by myself. I asked her to call me multiple times during this period and she told me she had a long day at work and will call me another time.. which she never did. I already had a pretty bad feeling about all of this but I was sure it would be different when I arrived in Istanbul and would get to meet her in person. Oh man I was so wrong again. So when I arrived in Istanbul I never got any information about who would pick me up. I honestly assumed that someone would be standing att arrivals with my name on a big sign. This was not the case at all. When I arrived there were a million taxi companys with different company names on them. I wrote to Aicha but she did not reply for 2 hours. I looked everywhere and went up to all the taxi drivers but nobody was able to help me. She finally replied after 2 hours with a instruction video on how to find the taxi company. When I finally got to the taxi I asked the driver where I am going since I did not get any information on what would happen when I arrived in Istanbul and the taxi driver replied "No english". It was about an hour drive until I finally was dropped off at a hospital. A really young girl greeted me and told me were are going to do your blood tests now. She was some kind of assistent. It was 23:00 at night. I asked her a bunch of questions and she could not answer any one of them. She just told me that I would be picked up at 6.00 in the morning and do the operation. Thats in 6 hours from now!! I was in absolute shock and just so stressed and worn out from the whole situation. I asked her if I could eat and drink, she told me she has no idea. I refused to do any more tests and asked her to just organise a taxi for me to the hotel. I told her I do not feel comfortable to do a surgery tomorrow with such unprofessional care. The day after the manager of ClinicWise contacted me and told me he arranged so I could speak to the surgeon before I decide to go through with this or not. I agreed and went to the hospital. Another really young guy met me at the hospital and told me the surgeon is still in the middle of an operation but he will meet me in like 1 hour. I waited in the cafe of the hospital and I literally see dr. Ersin Gonullu sitting in the corner of the cafe sipping his coffee. I recognise him from Instagram and I just decide to take a seat and wait. Eventually Ersin asked me to come with him and talk in his office. He told me he was shocked about the treatment I got from Aicha and assured me this never happened before. He told me that usually patients get an email with all information on the surgery how airport arrivals work. Never got any of that. He also asked why I never got a video consultation with him and that patients usually get offered this. I asked Aicha couple times that I would like to have video call with Ersin and she answered she would look into it but never got back to me about it. Ersin then offered to look at my body and see what he can do and I showed him pictures of resluts he had produced on other patients and he gave me his honest opinion that the results I want is not possible cause of my weight. If only I had known this before through video chat I would have never come to Istanbul in the first place and all of this could have been avoided. I decided to not go through with the operation because of the unprofessionalism of the company. Back in the hotel the manager called me and tried to convince me to go through with it even though I clearly stated I do not feel comfortable at all. It took about an hour and he finally gave up. I went back home and felt so drained and sad from this whole experience. I wasted a lot of money and time in this and really feel like nobody cared about me at all. I feel like its insane that a big procedure like a BBL is taken so lightly. I only got back a small part of my deposit. In the end I am happy about my decision of not going through with it. Imagine if I would have done it and had complications back home  they would probably not even answer my texts. Aicha never went through the effort to visit me when I was there. I only spoke to assistents and never saw her in person. I just wanted to share this with everyone considering going to Istanbul for surgery and in the bottom of my heart hope you don't have a horrible expierience like I did. All I'm saying is think twice when considering ClinicWise
