A: Hello. you have slight asymmetry between two breasts and the skin looks like soft, loose and thin. upper pole is flattened also. nipple levels are minimally different. you could have a round shape breast implants into the dual plan pocket to make upper pole fuller and expand lower pole with imf incision. and if needed a periareolar mastopexy to right areola to make the nipples on the same horizontal level. regards
A: hello Rachel. 21 year old implants are exactly old generation implants and we used to prefer to change the implants ten years after the surgery at that time. so its logical to replace them with a new generation implants. regards
A: on your before pics you look like left breast is more underdeveloped and significantly higher imf. and after the surgery they look completely natural and more even. so its pretty successful surgery. regards
A: as I see in your pics your nipple positions are in good level, no sagging with them. completely flat upper pole and long nipple to imf distance (bottoming out) and volume insufficiency. so the best choice for your treatment looks like a breast augmentation with round implant to make upper pole and cleavage stronger, and a crescentic skin removal on the imf level to make the distance between nipple and imp shorter and natural. A: you have significant breast asymmetry, hipoplasia and mild tubular breast deformity. the volume asymmetry could be fixed with different size implants and left breast needs glandular tissue reshaping and lower pole expansion to fix the deformity
