If I Could Go Back, I Never Would Have Never Gone to Kalsow

I’ve had two surgeries with Dr. Kalsow at Dreams Plastic Surgery, and both ended with heartbreaking results.

My original goal was simple: fix a volume deficiency on one side of my glutes and arm lipo. I trusted Dr. Kalsow after our consults. But on surgery day, I ended up with fat in BOTH sides of my butt—something I never asked for. The right side now sticks out more, sits higher, and looks completely unnatural.

I expressed my disappointment and was offered a $1,500 revision (after already paying $10,500 for the first). I was hopeful…but that second surgery just made things worse. My hips are still uneven. My right glute is still disproportionate. My arms barely look any different after two rounds of lipo.

What’s worse is the lack of care after the fact. I’ve driven over 7 hours (each way!) multiple times for useless 5-minute follow-ups where no solutions were offered. Whenever I raised concerns, I was met with gaslighting phrases like, “You’re still early in healing”—even months later.

I’m now left more self-conscious than before I ever stepped into that office. Please—think twice before booking here. What happened to me could happen to you.
