Office review: can't get ahold of anyone after putting down my deposit

I put down my deposit and scheduled my surgery. I lost my emails so I reached out to one of the staff to get them to resend it and all she sent me was the invoice, not to mention I had to contact her multiple times to get a response. I had another staff member down the line reach out to me on information for my surgery but when I asked a question via her number she never responded to me. If I can't contact her via phone then she sure didn't send me an email to talk with her. I'm starting to suspect I got scammed... gonna cancel my surgery and jus gain some fkn weight lmao
