I had my first procedure April 30th at Careaga plastic surgery. I had went back and forth on doing this procedure for several years now since I’ve had 5 children. The clinic itself it just at a really nice location, very clean, all of the nurses I called and talked to prior to surgery were always responding quickly & answered all of my questions. After meeting Dr.William at my pre op, I felt more comfortable and that I was making the right decision. After my surgery when I woke up in the recovery room I had a nurse beside me the entire time asking me if I was in pain how was I feeling and offering me water & Gatorade. I’ve heard bad & good stories from others on different clinics and Drs & I have to say for anyone looking to have any work done I highly recommend Dr. William at Careaga, my experience was great!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Karina because her customer service is genuinely exceptional. From our very first interaction, Karina went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire consultation process.

Her gentle approach and consistent communication made a world of difference during a time when I had many questions and concerns. She always made time to address everything I brought to her, and her follow-up was impressively quick. It really made me feel heard and valued, which is so important in moments like these.

What I found most uplifting was her contagious smile. Even in the more intense moments of my journey, her warmth and positivity radiated and helped to ease my anxiety. It was like a breath of fresh air amidst my anxieties.

Alongside Dr. Williams, both Karina and he made my experience not just manageable, but also inspirational. Their teamwork transformed what could have felt like a daunting process into a hopeful and empowering experience.

On May 16, 2022, I had my tummy tuck and Lipo 360 with Dr. William — and let me start this review with complete transparency.

I began my research during the COVID-19 pandemic and spent countless hours looking into surgeons both in the U.S. and abroad. After all that research, I kept coming back to Dr. William. His patients’ results spoke volumes — no matter their starting point, the end results were consistently amazing.

One thing I really appreciated was how educational and detailed Dr. William’s videos were. They answered just about every question a first-time patient could have, and probably saved a lot of time for him, his staff, and his patients.

Dr. William doesn’t just deliver excellent results because of his experience — his OGee Lipo technique is next level. He’s also very clear and direct about what he expects from you before surgery. It might come off as a bit tough at first, but trust me — it’s all to ensure the best possible outcome and to respect both your time and his.

I was originally scheduled for May 13, but about three weeks prior, his staff called to reschedule because he had to be on call. I was super frustrated — I had already booked my flight, Airbnb, recovery house, transportation, and more. Thankfully, I was able to shift everything with minimal cost.

Pre-Op Day:
When I finally arrived, I completed what felt like 500 pages of paperwork (lol), and received my prescriptions. The only hiccup was the pain medication — most pharmacies within a 5–10 mile radius were sold out. I highly recommend arriving in Miami a couple of days early to make sure you have all your meds before surgery. You’ll definitely need them.

Surgery Day:
I got to his office around 6 a.m., went back at 7, and was out of surgery by noon. And let me just say — recovery is no joke. The first four days were definitely the hardest. But I stayed on track by following every single one of Dr. William’s instructions to the letter. I didn’t cut corners, and I didn’t try to do things my own way.

I also purchased his faja — and let me tell you, there is nothing else like it on the market. 100% worth it.

I am beyond happy with my results. This is truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Dr. William didn’t just enhance my body — he changed my life. I will be forever grateful

I got breast implants/lift in 2016 at the age of 17 due to loosing so much weight and my breast went from double Ds to almost a B cup and were very saggy. After a couple of years of having them, I noticed they started to sag and unfortunately one implant was encapsulated and my breasts just looked terrible and uneven. This made me extremely insecure, to the point where I didn’t want to take my shirt off ever, my back was hurting from the weight of my breasts and it just made me look bigger than I actually was. After my consultation with Dr.William, he reassured me that a breast explant with a lift would make me feel and look much better, and he exceeded my expectations! I removed my implants, lifted and reconstructed my breast and they are now tiny and beautiful! I have never felt sooooooo free and good about myself like I do now. I’m able to wear any type of shirts I want, and best of all I can sleep facing downwards haha. Best decision I made and one thing I loved about him is how HONEST and straightforward he is. He’s not there to take your money, he actually cares and listens!

My experience with Dr. William has been amazing! I wanted to get rid of the extra fat in my abdomen, and when I found out about the Ogee Lipo, I fell in love with it and knew I wanted him to do my surgery. Overall, my experience has been incredible. My shape looks like I had a fat transfer, but I only had liposuction — he truly worked his magic on me, and I’m so grateful for that!

I couldn’t have had a better experience with my surgeon , he was very polite and comforting , he makes sure to explain everything and he’s very elaborate with any questions you have . There is a lot of communication and he takes his time with his consultations. my recovery was the best I had little to no pain and I loved my results , he works very natural and makes sure your body is proportionate .

My entire experience with Dr.William was impeccable. Dr. William is very kind and thorough during the whole process. In person, I witnessed his gentle and warm demeanor.
