Back in July 2015 I had my first breast...
Back in July 2015 I had my first breast augmentation £4000.
Two consaultations and 1 pre op assessment. Went ahead with surgery almost straight away. I was a small 32b and having a 365cc moderate sliocone implants. I had no symmetry problems to the eye. I am 5ft5 and at the time 10st6lbs. Consaultations looking back were very vague and wasn't shown difrent profile implants nor gel or saline just got silicone. One before picture was taken no after. At the time I hadn't done much reshurch at all so I was totally in the surgeons hands, after my sizing I wanted to be about a DD cup. On the day of surgery it all went smoothly and a night in the hospital with a drain and was home the next day. Post op consaultation was fine don't now Remember any pain or discomfort recovery was good.
A few months after surgery following all the aftercare the scaring on one side began to look red ect but was reassured it looked okay a year on and was told it would take that long to settle and completely calm down it would seem the scars were going to stay this way. I would say 3 minimum of 3inches from the crease of the breast was the scar on the right side and left seemed better the right side was lumpy and red. After going back several times the surgeon asked if o could leave a little longer to heal using all the correct and recommended products to help with it too. It didn't get better and it's been now just over 3 years and the scaring is worse than ever and the implant on the right hand side is slipping lower than the incision and is "bottoming out" really unhappy with the result and I have been back numerous times to discuss what can be done. I have been told I don't scar well and would benefit from a uplift procedure. Im 23 no children. After long dicussion and find out my options with affordable costs I am undergoing a second surgery to correct the problems. I have had two choices uplift with same implants or bigger implants and removal of scar tisshue. I feel there "saggy" and not at all what I wanted I know I should have done my research but I was so desperate to get them ASAP I didn't want to wait anymore. As after reashurching after my surgery about didn't profile including high and extra high profile gel saline choices I want to go for high profile and was recommended min of 550 cc -700cc as I want the "fake" look with projection and fullness and definition at the top. I want to document this with my experience so anyone else in the same boat can see results. Unfortunately I don't have pre op photos or pictures after surgery. I will update and upload as I go.
