Terrible and Embarrassing Results: "Paradoxial Masseter Bulge After Botox"

I went to Sam Naficy's office to get botox injections for my jaw muscles and a freshen up of Juvederm Volume on my cheekbones. I have aged 10 years in appearance due to botched injection technique by his employee, Jill. It has been 10 weeks and the problems are not diminishing. I have had the masseter muscles in my jaws injected in the past by a different provider with excellent results. I have a pronounced jawline from teeth grinding while sleeping, and skillfully place Botox results in a reduced, smoother jaw line. Jill injected only 10 units of Botox in each jaw. The next day I had two large lumps the size of half a walnut on the point of each jaw. It looked like a large access. I also have swollen cheek and eyes with pitting edema. I returned to the office, where Sam Nacify saw me. He was rude and dismissive, telling me that it was my natural jaw still, and because Jill had not injected enough Botox, it still showed. While it is true that Jill had not injected enough, it was her botched injection technique that caused "Paradoxical Masseter Bulge" (Google this for pictures- I will attach mine soon). In fact, this condition is caused by the injector placing the Botox too superficially, in the superficial muscle layer, rather than starting the injection in the deeper muscle. The top muscle is then weakened, and the larger deeper muscle bulges through. Sam Nacify said that they could put more Botox in me- suggesting 50 units per jaw(20 units when done competently works for me), which I would be charged $800 for, while not acknowledging the injection mistake. At this point I was crying from his gaslighting me that it was the fault of my jaw causing the bulges. He them suggested that I should have Jill, the same employee give the new injections- a common ruse so if a case goes to court, their attorney can ask "If you thought the practitioner did a bad job, why did you continue to see her and pay her for more?" I declined and left.At the same time that Jill injected my jaw (before I was aware of the botched results), I also had her put Juvederm on my cheekbones. She placed half of the Juvederm Voluma that she had drawn up all at once in a row too high under my eyes, (possibly also to superficially), then when I gasped took the mirror away and stood behind me and smashed it as hard as she could with her hands saying "This is going to hurt!" (It did). I was astonished, because my usual provider only puts one drop in at a time, assesses it, them gently massages it if necessary before placing another. In addition the masseter bulge, I have had the pitting facial edema and wake up with swollen malar bags under my eyes, and even puffy eyes. I am distraught over the incident and the results. I have an appointment with two different plastic surgeons to review my condition and perform MRIs to see where the Juvederm has gone. Please read all the bad reviews of this office and Sam Nacify's attitude towards patients that have been complained of bad results. There are too many good offices and compassionate doctors to warrant a visit to this office, where if things go wrong, you will be treated cruelly.
