Had Botox for masseters, fillers for nasolabial folds, filler for chin

Dr. Liu's front staff is very personable and really kind! They answer all your questions nicely, and also offer a lot of programs and deals to make you feel comfortable about your choice, but also try to get you the best deal possible!

Dr. Liu is really sweet. She's really gorgeous in person, and very charming! She does not push anyone into anything that they don't want to do. She will be honest, and give you her opinion based on what you want, but does not try to upsell you. She also is very accommodating and will give you her full attention, even though she's busy.
I also love that she continues to practice both cosmetic surgery, and medical. For example, after my appointment, she was headed to another hospital and was building a tear trough for another patient who had issues due to a car accident. So you know she's dexterous and continuing to expand her incredible skill set.

The work I got done was some botox, and some fillers for my nasolabial folds. I really loved where she put the fillers because it solved the issues I asked her to, PLUS the positioning she put it in, pushed my nose a little bit inward (I have a slightly wide nose for my face) but the filler placement made my nose look much more suited for my face, and wasn't noticeable at all. We also added a little filler for the chin to give my face a little more of a cute shape!
She has perfect bedside manner and I would recommend her to anyone. :)

As always, Dr. Liu’s front staff is on the ball! Lauren is so diligent, thoughtful, and always learning how to improve and streamline the process for patients.
Dr. Liu never tries to upsell and asks you what you want. She’s respectful of your aesthetics and tells you what is and isn’t possible. She has a lot of integrity and also cares a lot about the health of her patients. She never rushes you and explains things concisely. So I felt by comfortable with the choices I made today.
Botox:
Due to the medication I constantly take, It can make your face bigger looking because your jaws clench up a lot!
The Botox helps with the clenching and also paralyzing those muscles do that they can atrophy... which leads to a thinner looking face AND helps with migraines/tmj.
For nasolabial folds:
Noticed it seemed like my face metabolized the juvaderm fillers very quickly so went in for a touch up with restalyne instead.
Chin:
Added a minor touch up there as well. Total, Had one syringe on the face

Mentioned to Dr Liu how I was thinking of rhinoplasty but wasn’t ready to make the jump and she informed me about how fillers can make subtle and natural looking changes.
For next time, I’m thinking of getting some juvaderm to test out what it would look like if i had a nose bridge, and the little button part that makes my nose look like a potato...
Dr. Liu explained the risks and also said there sometimes is swelling so not to do it when I have an event. I’m looking forward to trying this soon!

Didn’t feel like I really had a good representation of the face slimming effect. I got my first round in Feb of Botox and second in June (minor touch up as I have severe tmj, but this helped prevent most migraines and haven’t had an incident of lock jaw during this time). Medical bonus plus my face shape looks less wide imo
