I think Dr. Kwak has a near perfect score for a reason. His bedside manner is so gentle and soothing, he appears to be a genuinely nice doctor and well-put together. I was petrified in the beginning (a big baby towards any pain including the flu shot), but left feeling relief and satisfaction. He made sure to make me secure and safe.
