Botched Rhinoplasty in Iran (Shahriyar Yahyavi)

Hi everyone, as you’ve read from the title, I got a primary rhinoplasty in June last year. The results are bad but everything else leading to the surgery was AWFUL! I didn’t even get to speak to the surgeon for longer that 3 minutes. In the “consultation” the surgeon was describing my nose while his assitant was filming him (so he could put it on instagram). After the camera was shut, I wanted to finally try to discuss my expectations. His assistant says he’s very busy so the surgeon leaves. I stayed with him for 3 minutes!!! I’m not even exaggerating I wish I just changed my mind right then and there, but I came all the way to Iran for this surgery and also gotten my friend with me, so I didn’t want to just waste time. The surgery was scedueled and I still didn’t really speak to the surgeon. On surgery day I request to speak to the surgeon before the surgery. All i could say before he cut me off was “I want my nose to be natural”. He kept repeating “smooth curve” “smooth curve” as if he didn’t understand what I was saying. The day of cast removal, while the woman was removing the stitches, the surgeon came in the room, smiling and nodding then left. I have had a really really bad experience with this surgeon and I’m looking to get a revision rhinoplasty in Istanbul. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO IRAN TO GET A NOSE JOB! Whatever the circumstance, all surgeons there are the same! Don’t think you’ll have a better experience. I read the bad reviews on here about Mohebi and a few other Iranian surgeons and yet I still thought I could somehow be lucky and get my dream nose in Iran ( I was so dumb ). I have a collapsed tip , giving a very obvious shadow on only ONE side, (so ugly!!) and an asymmetric nose where both sides look different.
